They sell lemon law buybacks and things with severe damage, fire damage, you name it. Do they provide Carfax reports on the website? No. Do they let you know that before making a trip? No. Well I hope this saves you one.

They plain old stink- AVOID AVOID AVOID- bait and switch

They plain old stink- AVOID AVOID AVOID- bait and switch games and sorry sucker I have another wreck to sell you instead. No thanks to your junk heaps in the front lot. Where is my 2020 Camry? Oh, you sold it to someone else with its sawdust packed transmission and marvel mystery oiled engine! I guess I'm betteroff!

Jonathon, While we understand your frustration that the vehicle you were interested in sold before you arrived, we need to clarify some important details. At our dealership, vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not and cannot “hold” cars without a purchase agreement in place—this ensures fairness to every customer. When you arrived, the vehicle had already been purchased by another customer who had committed first. You then asked us to remove that customer from the sales process and accept more money to sell the car to you instead. That is not how we do business, and we stand firmly by our integrity and fair treatment of all customers. As a gesture of goodwill, we attempted to offer to cover your fuel costs for the trip, but you declined and left upset. Since then, we’ve noticed multiple negative reviews being posted under duplicate accounts, which misrepresents the situation. We take all feedback seriously and always strive to provide a transparent and honest experience. We regret that this situation has caused you frustration, but we will not compromise our values or fairness to customers.

Had an agreement to buy my 2021 Ram from me,over two

Had an agreement to buy my 2021 Ram from me,over two weeks later and they haven’t even contacted my finance company to pay it off or pay me the equity meanwhile they have it on the lot for sale,how can they sale a truck they haven’t paid for? I trusted them- BIG MISTAKE! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Very disappointed with our experience at Cassill Motors.

Very disappointed with our experience at Cassill Motors. I regret having to leave negative feedback but Communication was terrible—conflicting information, no follow-up, and a refund that was mishandled. I want to say this though Roger Cassill seemed genuinely apologetic, fair, and understanding guy but the team under him failed us in every way possible.It felt like once the sale was done, we were just a box for them to check off and ignore in the end. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing here and we the customer pay the ultimate price in the end. I won't name names because they know who they are who failed us, and each did so willingly and that hurts. I am done. I no longer recommends this dealership.

Hi Deb, We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear your son hasn’t had the experience we aim to provide every customer. First, we’d like to acknowledge that we fell short in our follow-up communication regarding the parts needed for his headlight repair. That delay is on us, and we’ve already addressed the breakdown in our internal process to make sure this doesn’t happen again. However, we must respectfully clarify a few things: We did not do business with you—we worked directly with your son, who is a legal adult and handled the entire purchase process with the help of another family member. At no point was he treated as anything less than a valued customer. The suggestion that we saw him as someone to “con” is not only false but deeply unfair to the hardworking professionals on our team who serve all of our customers—military or not—with respect. We also want to be clear that the vehicle was sold with a limited warranty, and we’ve worked within the coverage terms provided. Our service team has taken steps to address the headlight issue as quickly as possible once the correct parts were received. Finally, we take reputation seriously. If there are specific people who have had a concern with us, we encourage them to reach out directly—we’re always open to feedback and improvement. But we also stand behind our work and our team. Absolutely infuriating!

Absolutely infuriating! I had everything set—vehicle picked out, purchase agreement signed and sent to both me and the bank. I had a 9:30 AM appointment today to finalize the deal. But then Cassill calls and tells me they handed my vehicle over to someone else so they could have their mechanic inspect it. And instead of honoring our agreement, they said they’d let me know after 10:30 if that person decided not to buy it. When I called them out on it, all they had to say was, “There’s nothing we can do.” Nothing?! They blatantly gave away a car I was in the process of buying! And then, as if that wasn’t enough, they had the nerve to offer to find me a similar vehicle at auction—but wouldn’t even guarantee the same price. Unbelievable.
