Don helped... us out with our purchase a couple years go, but this last purchase I made, I called Cassill, told them what I wanted and within a couple hours Don emailed me two vehicles! I loved that they gave me options. I loved that they didn’t push the sale. I loved the response I got when looking for a new vehicle. Thanks to Cassill Motors and to Don, I’m finally riding in my dream car. With I call it my “mom” car. I am so grateful for these guys and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

We worked with Don Haas at Cassill on the purchase of our 2017 Ford Edge. We originally found the car on their website, then Don got in contact with us... for a test drive. The car was reasonably priced to start with, and they worked with us to get us to where we were comfortable. Stephanie in finance was great to work with also. The whole process was no pressure and smoothly executed. We highly recommend purchasing from this local business.
I bought a used 2008 Silverado from this dealership. The buying experience was incredibly odd as I had 3 different sales people in 3 different days. ... There was no continuity there, it felt like I was valued but the sales folks were quick to take over a sale. That may be the policy but its non-standard for a car buying experience. On to the truck - I bought a high miles truck and I was sold on the fact that there were no engine lights on and the truck was very clean. I bought the truck in the morning and drove it into work with no issues. After work, I picked up my wife for dinner and on our way home that night, the engine light came on and then shortly thereafter the oil pressure dropped and alarmed. Being very close to our home, I very carefully and safely got the truck in our driveway. I had put less than 20 miles on the truck since pulling out of the dealership. Being understandably upset, I left feedback in the "contact us" section on their site expecting a call in the morning. In the morning, after not hearing from them for the first 30 minutes of them being open, I called them. After explaining the situation, they told me to call a local tow truck company and they would cover having it towed over to the shop. I called the tow place and they said they would send someone out. Next, I received a call from a mechanic at Cassill telling me that this was likely an Oil pressure switch (common failure on this model) and it would be safe to drive it in and I disagreed and declined to drive it in. Once the vehicle was finally towed into the shop, I received a call from the Sales Manager and he asked me what I would like to do and gave me a few options. I let him know that I would prefer to have my money refunded but that if this was truly just a sensor issue, we could discuss our options. After he found out from the mechanics what the real issue was, he gave me a call back and told me everything up front and asked me to stop in to discuss. The sensor was bad but there may be more issues than just that. The mechanics sheet on his desk had a line that said "engine replacement recommended". He told me that he couldn't let me keep the truck and that I could get a full refund immediately. I appreciated the direct honesty and quick willingness to make things right for the customer. We rolled back the paperwork and I went on my way. Overall, this was an incredibly odd experience for me and I really have a feeling of dis-trust after buying a car and having the engine blow in one day. That being said, the way they handled the issue was top-notch and they treated me with respect and honesty. They gave me several options to move forward and because I had this dis-trust, I decided to get my money back and there were no questions asked, no last ditch sales pitches, etc. All in all, I would recommend this dealership to others just due to that fact alone. I would stay away from high miles vehicles from them and stick to the newer, certified vehicles.

This was the most positive car buying experience I've had. Found the vehicle and emailed Don to get some info. Was able to take it home overnight so... my husband could see it. Went in and was able to accept their first offer on trade and car price. Straight forward, fair and NO Haggling. Didn't feel any pressure to buy, all my questions were answered and everyone was so nice. Would highly recommend buying here!
I recently bought my suv form Cassill and they made the whole experience great! We had bought a car from a different dealership and it was an awful experience... and the car was a piece of work! But Don made the whole experience great! He called us whenever a car came in that we might like, he went on lots of test drive in both awful hot and rainy! And finally he helped us find the suv we wanted! And we love our Ford Edge! I will add that we were in a minor car accident shortly after buying the car and we received a couple different phone calls from cassill members making sure we were okay! Such a great place!
Even though I didn't eventually buy a car, the salesman (Reggie) was very knowledgeable, no-pressure, and honest. I'd definitely consider buying a car... there in the future.
Sent a request for an f250 and never heard a word from anyone. Very disappointed in the treatment that I recieved. Must not have wanted my business
