Great Buying Experience

I had an AWESOME experience working with Rameez. He was able to help me out of a bad car buying experience, into a great car buying experience. I traded in my old car into a new Lexus within the parameters I set. He was, professional, upfront and very considerate of my situation. My experience was absolutely great.....

2015 Volkswagen Jetta

My husband and I bought from here and had an amazing experience. Amzee and his team were amazing and worked so well with us. We were pleased from start to finish. You can tell this is a family business and they are willing to take care of you.

Warning They Sale Lemons (It's hit or miss)

I purchase a car here for my daughter. All I can say is bring a mechanic with you because it is hit or miss, they do not certify their vehicles. The original sales person lied to me and advised they have someone on site who service the cars and then the manager came along and advised they do not. In a month 1.5 I had to change the timing chain which cost $1300.00, I had to change the flue pump, flush the oil tank, have a tune-up done, change some sensors, change the air filters and a few other things which cost me $1100.00. I had two mechanics look at the car an both advised the previous owner took poor care of the car. The oil was never service or hardly ever serviced on the car. I went down to WA and they did not help me at all. When I initially purchased the car I asked for an extended warranty I was told "the cars are sold as is" When I spoke to the manager he advised I should have purchased the extended warranty. There seems to be some sort of disconnect in regards to communication. The back seats floors fill up with water on heavy rainy days. If you read the Google reviews a few people has similar issues or rated them low for other issues. The manager also made a point to tell me they lost 2 customers due to the conversation we had on the floor about my car. I advised the manager; they lost 2 customers due to their lack in customer service. The issue should have been handled in an office in private, instead they chose to have the conversation on the sales floor around potential customers. When customers over heard the conversation and realized what was going on they walked out. I guess that makes us even I lost money due to them selling me a lemon.

Great dealer

Very good company to work with. Did almost all of the deal by phone. When I got there just test drive and sign and go.

Fantastic place... great customer service

The dealership was top notch! Amzee went above and beyond in giving all details, pricing,financing and many more on my 2012 Mercedes.The whole process was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend Amzee and World Auto!

Good place to buy a car

I brought a Lexus Is at the World Auto, and I have a nice experience with it. Rameez provided lots of help. They were nice, because I am not good at driving, they helped me drive the car back to my town. That’s really helpful.

Car purchase

I purchased my car from World Auto and Amzee was our sales representative. He was excellent and got us out of the door fast! The price online was the same price we paid for! I would definitely refer to friends!

Scam artist

Last Friday I bought the car from them I wired all the money Monday they called and said they cannot deliver the car due to issue with the title I checked on Carfax that waterline in the car was registered under the name
