This was my first leasing experience and they went over everything with me so I would know what to expect. Recommend highly to anyone looking.

Friendly service representative, Stephen. the service was great and quick. The price was great. the service was great. the waiting room was great. I will return in 5K.

It was a routine oil change and tire rotation. I don't really have anything else to say. Had a nice lounge for waiting. Watched tv while I waited.

Always have a good experience at Gates/Toyota. Never an issue and when there is they take care of it right away and usually with no extra charge

Had recall that needed to be completed, they got me scheduled the same day I called and completed the work within the stated time frame.

Only surprise was that car was not washed as had been advertised. I thought they were adding that to the regular service which was done well.

I love my car but right now I don't like the new car payment since I bought out the lease. Since I'm a widow and on a fixed income but I will manage it.
