They promised to let me know when the car is ready. they called and said it is al-ready. Sold. That was the extent of our conversation.

They wasted my time

I was interested in a car and called at 4:30 pm to make sure it was available for purchase. I was put on hold while a representative checked. She came back after 2-3 minutes to tell me 'yes' it is still here. I arrived at 6pm , travelling from 30 minutes away and a sales rep told me it had sold at about 1pm . They have some kind of 'disconnect' in their communication/awareness . I am upset that they wasted my time. Michael H.

Told me I needed a new alternator and serpentine belt.

Told me I needed a new alternator and serpentine belt. $1013.00 later, I pick up the car, drove it 3 miles home and the next day the battery was dead. Now I have to go through the whole ordeal again. The person I spoke with didn't know what was installed in the car. I had to wait a week to get it in to be checked out initially, I was supposed to be in Indy to see my grandson Friday, but I will have to be at the service center instead at 7am. I'm retired. I thought going to a Toyota dealership and service Center I would be getting the proper service for my vehicle. Now I have to charge the battery, which is new, and arrange transportation to get home and back to collect the vehicle. I don't imagine that will be a good scenario and I'll probably have to buy another $200 battery. Not happy at all. I normally have them do my oil service and filters. I have had problems with them over filling the oil and under inflating the tires. Up charge for extra oil!

DON'T BUY A CAR HERE

NEVER BUY A USED CAR HERE, THEY'RE THEIVES AND LIARS I've repeatedly been told that the brake light on the used car I bought was no big deal since the brakes were ok. I'm certain that they know it was a massive electrical issue that we have dealt with at a repair shop for the last year. The 30 day warranty period flew by with their assurances it was no big deal. Until it quit starting, or just shut off while driving. With 3 little boys strapped in their car seats. Its been at the shop more than its been on the road. I've tried to talk to the owner, Joel Gates and of course he doesn't return calls. I bought 2 new cars from them and then this used one. I just bought a new Honda SUV from Basney, not one more cent will I give to the Gates gang of theives.

Service department is rough. They just gaslight you and try to get you to believe that the issue you're experiencing (that should be under warranty) isn't real. I will say the buying experience with Mercedes was quite good. But now I'm stuck getting it serviced there, which is a nightmare.

Stay away from this dealership unless you want to deal with untrustworthy people. Aaron, Jason and Brien are all intellectual scammers. I’m not going to hide my identity, this is the Jamaican struggling guy you sold a bad Chevy Cruze. I believe in one thing and I know everyone of you who had a hand in scamming me would not go free. You guys have probably squandered the money you stole from me but I promise y’all peace and happiness will never be in your homes. Anything everyone of you touches shall not prosper, your hearts will be filled with sorrows until the day you take your last breathe. You may think it’s a joke but little did you know you were dealing with not just a mere human. All I know is the forces backing me will deal with each of you. Not even the greatest spiritual leader can relieve you from this curse I promise you. You did evil to the wrong guy. I will continue to struggle to pay for this car loan but my suffering will bring y’all pains, bitterness, and misery.

If you're looking to buy a quality used car - look elsewhere. Me and my wife purchased a vehicle that ran for a week. They had it in service for over a month, and charged us 1600 dollars to return the thing. Worst car buying experience of my life. Highly recommend looking anywhere but here for buying a used vehicle.

The absolute worst dealership I’ve ever purchased from!...

The absolute worst dealership I’ve ever purchased from! They told me my Jeep was too messed up to fix,and I should trade it in,then gave me no options! My Jeep is under warranty and they won’t fix it! I’m now without a car and I’m debt! Would never recommend this horrible place
