They don’t listen to customers well and try to address their problems. Not sure if I’m going to buy more vehicles from this dealership. Plus Toyota’s quality has slipped and is not as good as it used to be.

I was very pleased that they got me in the next day,
I was very pleased that they got me in the next day, after I dropped off my car. One little thing wasn't done correctly though-----the light switch inside was working just fine. But now wheñ I push the button and slide it toward driver, it doesn't come on.

DEALERSHIP IS FINE. HAVING A PROBLEM WITH RADIO CONTROLS. VERY COMPLICATED! CAN NOT REMEMBER WHAT TRAVIS SHOWED ME. INSTRUCTION BOOK VERY LITTLE HELP.
