Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND! They sold a car out from under us as we were doing our paperwork with our sales rep in the showroom! Saturday evening we looked at a vehicle, they were closing we agreed to meet Sunday at 11 am when they opened to further pursue the vehicle, which we did. There was an issue with the front end which Bryan Haarhues (the GM) agreed to fix but, from the beginning he wouldn’t be clear in how far he would go to fix it just said he talked to his mechanic and “he knew” what the issue was (even tho he himself is not a mechanic) and parts were guaranteed. My point is he was very vague and we wanted it in writing that he was giving his word to have it fixed at a dealer in Missoula. Mind you someone else has now came in interested in same vehicle and they let them take it on a test drive. Bryan reassures us “Don’t worry you have first option you were here last night and have been here this morning you’re fine you’re first” We told our sales rep we would take the vehicle. Being from MT we don’t have sales tax, documentation is provided they have another guy come back and tell us it is not good enough according to their controller and that WA may come back on them and make them pay taxes that our proof of residency in MT isn’t good enough. He says he will let us discuss it as we are trying to decide what further proof we can give them or do we just pay the taxes and literally within the span of less than 3 minutes they SOLD THE CAR to the next person. They ultimately did this to our 16 yr old daughter as she was in the front room with us waiting for paperwork to be done to drive her new car home. Bryan, said he couldn’t legally hold the car any longer without a signed contract. I’m sorry, excuse me? We were filling out the computer work and getting our documents together?? Absolutely horrific the way he runs Subaru of Spokane. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. What dealership sells a car you’re already in the process of doing the paperwork to purchase?!

Terrible service ordered wrong part and then wouldn't

Terrible service ordered wrong part and then wouldn't take them back. after complaining to general manager Brian Harhughs we got 80 percent back, so it cost us 20 percent to restock their mistake. Second time trying to do business with this company and second time we ended up with bad service. Would not recommend.

This dealership has always taken great care of my car. They only do what really needs to be done. I can trust them and they never take advantage of me not knowing anything about cars. They are like family. Love this place. Would not go anywhere else.
