The salesman we worked with was very nice.

The salesman we worked with was very nice. He showed us the vehicle we wanted to see. He was friendly and helpful. The car was rough, rough interior, rough exterior; from the East Coast - it was no good. Our salesmen even told us he wouldn’t let us buy it. No follow up from our visit. A few days later we went and bought our 3rd Subaru from Parker Subaru. Best Subaru dealership in town. Worth the drive.

I had an awful experience with this service center.

I had an awful experience with this service center. A simple repair turned into a two-day ordeal, and when I got home, I discovered I was overcharged by over $100 for services that should have been free (like an oil change and tire rotation, both included in packages I purchased). I was also charged twice for oil, a gasket, and an oil filter. When I called to resolve this, I was told I’d have to wait for a callback from the employee who made the mistake. Days passed with no response. I left a message for the service manager, David Mortlock, and never heard back. Eventually, the original employee called and confirmed the charges were incorrect, promising a refund. Nearly a month later, there’s still no refund. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for competent or honest service.

If buying a car can be painless, this was as close as it

If buying a car can be painless, this was as close as it gets. From the professional sales person, Caitlin, through the negotiation process, we felt we were treated fairly and honestly. We certainly cannot say that about all our past experiences buying cars. This may be the last car we buy and glad to end on a high note!

Awesome customer service!

Awesome customer service! Even continuing after I bought the car, I got check up phone calls and texts making sure I loved my purchase! Even got a care package expressing their gratitude for purchasing a car from them filled with all sorts of goodies! Only one small complaint, trade in value was a joke so I just decided to sell the car on my own and get more than double their offer. But that’s expected when trying to get trade in from any dealership. Other than that, zero bad things to say, the salesman was super nice and gave me all the time in the world to think about my decision and didn’t rush me or pressure me into anything I wasn’t interested in. Walked out having the best experience and will definitely go back for future purchases!!

These people are the most dishonest people ever I mean, they said if you come in and do a test drive, they will give you a $50 Visa card. Well that was a xxxxxxxx lie. I guess the salesman kept it for himself Steve Blue.

Routine oil change.

Routine oil change. Very thorough inspection process. Car is 6 months old, first service experience. Love the vehicle, great sales staff, great service staff. I have no regrets about doing business here! They're great!

vehicle is running well. I appreciated getting the link with the information about the additional services needed for the vehicle but I personally still would have additionally preferred a call from someone at the shop to talk to about the additional needs. i was pretty disappointed by the lack of customer service when I brought my car in. It was obvious that it was busy and there were a lot of customers standing around waiting to be helped but it was clear that none of us knew where to wait or form a line or anything and all of the employees were in their own worlds. no one greeted any of us or told us that they'd be with us shortly or asap or anything, not even eye contact or recognition that people were waiting at all. there was even a time when two service reps were just talking to a mechanic and it was like they couldn't even see the several customers waiting. it was very disrespectful to me and pretty insulting. I respect that it gets tough when it's busy or getting behind but I don't think that's any excuse for poor or nonexistent customer service, or at this point even human decency. it makes me want to take my care to a different location where I’m actually treated with respect and like a valued customer. when I came back to pick up my car it was the exact same situation, and when I tried to talk to an employee about it they just said "we're busy and I cant help you" which was super rude and dismissive especially because I was just trying to do exactly what I’m doing now and give y'all feedback but instead I basically got told that y'all don't care and to go away. the gal who helped me with my car was nice and thorough, her behavior was pleasant and I don't have any complaints with her specifically or how she was one-on-one with me. overall I was super put off by the lack of care and appreciation/respect as a paying customer.
