Barts Car Store Fort Wayne

I bought a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan in good faith from Bart's on 01/15/2025. 2 Days later the check engine light came on. I came back to the dealership and all they did was clear out the trouble code and tell me to run a can of injector cleaner through it, which I did. The light came back on, so I decided to have it checked out. I asked 2 friends both of whom were Chrysler mechanics, and they both recommended I take it to a CDJR dealership, which I did. I got a call back, and I was told by Glenbrook CDJR that the engine had valve train damage and needed major work to the tune of $6656.77. OUCH! Bart's said that they assume no financial responsibility, and has refused to even meet me halfway. I have no choice but to pursue legal action agaist Bart's. My advice - don't buy a car from Bart's. They will leave you hanging out to dry.

I asked 5 weeks ago for pictures of the Used 1997 Lincoln Continental and they said they would get them for me. A week went by and nothing. I got on website and talked to a representative and she said she would get pics for me. A week went by and nothing. Called the store and the man said he would get pics and send them to my email. Another week went by and nothing. They actually emailed me and said how was your shopping experience. I wrote them and said: If your salesmen are to lazy to take 30 minutes to take pics of the car and upload them to the website, then I'm not interested in buying from you!!! Still till this day, the Used 1997 Lincoln Continental says: Images coming soon........SMH

It was very good got all the information done over the phone came in and left in our new truck! We came for a different truck than we left in but the truck we left in was better than no vehicle at all.

Sales person was grate but it was late in the day we all whated to get out of there so the never I mean never told use the price of the loan we where getting. So my 7000 used truck turned into a 12000 truck that truck is not worth 12000 when we have to put some money into it. Like it needed new rotors in front. And a o2 sensor. Also the back door wanted open from the out side. Also it just look like they stuck some kind of mirror on the driver side it dont even fit in there. Also the speakers in the back are not even in the door it wired under the seat in the back. It had rust in the rocker and on the door so tell me how is the truck work 1200. It's not. Also they made me get te excited warranties that I didn't wont. I will never go back there and I will tell people to never go there. They will price gouge you.

if your looking for a great xxx go see them at barts on lima they will set you up with a great xxx thats garunteed to leave you stranded on the side of the road or leave you with big repair bills right off the lot so if you like walking more then driving your new to you go to barts

Very nice place to look for cars at! Hopefully you get Corey if you go here, he’s the best! Doesn’t push you in any way, he just showed me what I was qualified for based on my budget. Everyone is very nice!

We bought Jeep 2019 on Tuesday from Barts on Saturday it was leaking gas! They never told my husband that previous Owner hit something wrecked the underbody. They knew and never told him! We had to pay out of pocket to fix the Jeep because warranty did not cover the part since the previous Owen hit something! The dealership fixed before for Barts that’s how they knew! Leaking gas is huge problem! Absolutely unethical!!! I called Barts never returned my phone call! Stay away

Bout a car a few years ago. People and store is nice but this week I went to trade the car in and turns out it has a salvage title. I was never disclosed on this and this is unlawful and unethical. No way they didnt know.
