Shawn went above and beyond

Shawn spent at least an hour with us after our purchase to explain all the bells and whistles that need to be learned. We really appreciated all his explanations and would not have figured alot of this out on our own.

LOVE my CHEROKEE!

This is my second purchase of a Jeep in less than 2 months. My first was totaled when I was hit. Both times I have been extremely satisfied with all areas of my purchase at Lithia. Greg is the best salesman I have ever dealt with, Marias is excellent and Christy is wonderful!

2016 dodge journey

Process was quick and simple. The longest part was the finance man trying to upsell the extra warranty

Service on a recall notice

We took our 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in for a recall. We were told it would take 2 hours and that is exactly how long it took. When we dropped it off we were offered a ride where ever we wanted to go. We declined and waited in the waiting room where there was a TV, popcorn and coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

Give this dealer a shot!

Although a novice salesman was challenging, and he forgot to add in an additional fee, the general manager stepped in and honored the original price quote! He is obviously an honest above-board dealer. I am stationed overseas and they were able to complete the whole shopping and sale via email. They found a vehicle with the features I wanted and didn't push only what they had on their lot. I would highly recommend giving this dealer a shot at your business. They sure came through for me!
