The service done on my new vehicle was very professional. The personnel involved were polite, professional, and friendly. The fact that my first oil change and tire rotation not costing me anything was a surprise. I have spoke with a friends and let them know about things and if they were interested in purchasing a new vehicle I advised them to go to Lithia in Missoula.

Nice service reps but could not find/fix the problem for the second time.

My oil change was booked ahead of time and I was able to be seen and taken care of quickly and in a very pleasant manner.

We were very pleased with our salesman (Greg) who was very helpful in answering all our questions concerning the various models and pointed out their advantage and disadvantages as to our use of said Jeep. He was courteous and helpful in the process of filling out and applying for our credit app, which often can be a pain in the but. We especially appreciated his follow up call to inquire as to how we were getting along with our new Jeep. I had a few question and he was very helpful in answering them to our satisfaction. I would very much recommend him to any of our friends. Over all our experience through out the entire purchase process was very satisfying.

Great experience and efficient service in both sales and administration Both Chis Merritt in sales and Marias Walmsley in administration were professional, knowledgable and courteous throughout the process. After buying and leasing cars for decades, this one the best examples of how it should be done. If you had more sales agents and administrators like Chis and Marias you would rule the world. The transaction included a buy out of my Durango and the leasing of a new Jeep.

My first service was conducted in a professional manner. The staff was friendly and quick. I look forward to my next service.
