I appreciate the customer service by the service

I appreciate the customer service by the service department . Mr. Scott Boyle is awesome and did a great job with me. He explains and breaks down and helps identify the problem. Mr. Osef always greets me with a smile and is very respectful. Thank you Kia

Ms. Brenda and Tyler get 5 stars, but the dealership only

Ms. Brenda and Tyler get 5 stars, but the dealership only gets 4. There's always room for improvement. I was greeted immediately and directed inside to the service department for my appointment. Ms. Brenda walked me through what I'd be in for today and went over some upcoming services that were recommended. The waiting area is stocked with coffee, water, and various snacks. Comfortable seating, TV, and plugs for your electronics if you need them. I was told it would take about an hour and a half, but they were finished in just under an hour. Awesome job.
