We drove 80 miles to deal with Les Mack Ford and are glad we did. Wade came in on his day off to help us and we couldn't be more pleased. Everyone at the dealership went the extra mile to make the transaction seamless. We will definitely go back in the future.

Carson, Brian and Gary were great to deal with. They had the vehicle I was looking for in the correct color and options I wanted. I live 3 1/2 hours away from Lancaster and did everything over the phone. The vehicle was as described when I arrived. The whole purchase process went smoothly. They were not pushy, were not trying to sell me things I didn't want or need. Took "no" for an answer, something rare in sales and F&I people today. I wasn't expecting the service I received because I was "just" buying a vehicle. Since I'm 3 1/2 hours away they knew they were not going to get future service or parts sales from me but I was treated just as anyone local coming in to buy a vehicle. I was very pleased to see a group of people who still care about customer service.

We had a great experience with Wade Duncan at Les Mack in Lancaster WI. Everyone was accommodating on a Saturday when they probably really wanted to be heading home. The detailer came in special on his day off to buff out some scratches. We were very pleased both with our purchase and with our buying experience at Les Mack.

Roger did an excellent job finding just the car we were looking for. He was very professional in his help. Everyone else was very helpful too. Roger went over all the features of the car the day we took delivery and this really helped as there were many new features that were new too us.

We found this car online and drove from Janesville to purchase it. Les Mack had done an excellent job of showing it with 20 + photos. Roger was our sales person and he did an excellent job of explaining everything and answered all of our questions. Les Mack is an honest quality dealership that doesn't charge "Market Adjustments". In fact they made sure we were taken care of. We flew out from Salt Lake City to Wisconsin just to buy this truck then drove it home. Because of our amazing experience here I would recommend anyone who see's a car they like from Les Mack to buy it. You will not regret anything. The process was super fast and simple. They even picked us up at the airport. One of the best dealerships I have worked with hands down.
