Was looking for a used sedan, my step daughter suggest Gary at LesMack since she worked with him on her vehicle purchase. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Found ourselves in the market for a new car and checked out a variety of local options. We had previously been Ford Escape drivers and were considering another. This was our first purchase from Les Mack and we were pleased with the experience. We like to buy local when we can and were pleased with our experience this time.

I just bought my 2nd new vehicle from Les Mack. I had worked with Wade in the past and was the 1st one I called when it was time to trade in and upgrade. Like the first time I purchased from them, there was no run around, no fancy annoying salesman approach. Wade is up front and honest. I knew which brand new car I wanted and he worked to make it happen. I got a great trade in price and a great deal on a brand new 2017 Buick Encore. I was originally going to get the preferred 1 model, but with the great deal they offered, I was able to upgrade to a preferred 2. I will definitely be returning to Wade the next time it's time to purchase and would (and have) recommend him and Les Mack.

Gary helped us buy our 2016 Ford Flex. We found the vehicle online via their website, and drove over 2 hours on a Saturday to test drive it... Gary was awesome! He not only stayed late on a Saturday to work with us, but went over the vehicle in very good detail. He even got in and scrubbed out some spots for me. He gave us his personal cell # to answer any questions we had over the weekend and in the future. He then met us half way for us to pick up the car. He sat with us in a parking lot for over an hour going thru every single detail / navigation features. We will definitely go to him in the future with our vehicle needs.
