I traded in my car at First National Auto and purchased a

I traded in my car at First National Auto and purchased a 2020 Tesla Model Y 12 days ago. As part of the deal, the dealership was supposed to pay off the loan on my trade-in. Unfortunately, they still haven’t paid it off, and I’ve now had to continue making payments on the previous loan myself to avoid hurting my credit. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received clear communication or confirmation from the dealership about when the payoff will be completed. This has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I expected better follow-through after the sale, especially with something as important as a loan payoff. I’m sharing this so others are aware .

I recently purchased a 2020 Tesla Model Y from First National Auto, and I’m very pleased with the experience. Jensen was my salesperson, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was honest, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. The dealership was professional, and I never felt pressured at any point. I would definitely recommend First National Auto—and especially Jensen—to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Great service and a great car!

Great experience buying our first used car in WA with

Great experience buying our first used car in WA with Jensen. He was flexible, honest, stuck to the lowest price they'd advertised & never tried to go above it. Was helpful and clear about the buying process. Was patient even though it took several days for us to decide, and when my mechanic found something their inspection didn't catch he arranged personally to have it fixed on their dime before we bought. Highly recommend Jensen & First National in Seattle!

Terrill did an excellent job with us.

Terrill did an excellent job with us. He wasn't pushy and helped us get the car I always wanted. He even helped us with our insurance company to get the car on our policy. We would recommend them.

Both the sales person and manager were dishonest.

Both the sales person and manager were dishonest. They didn't return calls. They added "bank fees" in the thousands to the base price. When I went in to have my paperwork corrected and the loan redine, they blatantly lied to my face. They asked ME, THE CUSTOMER, to prove the advertised sale price because "they couldn't find it." Within ten minutes of leaving, they miraculously found the price and asked me to come back in to redo the deal. I will never recommend them or get a car from them again. I reported them to to the Better Business Bureau.
