Isaak, providing a positive experience is our top priority, so we're disappointed to hear that your visit didn't measure up. Per our discussion, our pricing is very transparent and all the numbers were presented and discussed up front prior to you signing. You made an offer below our asking price that we were unable to accept, after which you agreed to purchase the vehicle at our asking price, so I am surprised to see that you believe you were lied to or cheated. It was pleasant, the atmosphere was pretty relaxed.

It was pleasant, the atmosphere was pretty relaxed. Not much was going on till I saw a rush and was amused seeing the others work and people getting a car in 3rd person.
