Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. Here is my story. We have been very loyal customers for almost 8 years now. We have bought 7 vehicles from them, my wife gets her car serviced there for every oil change and any problems she has. We bought a 2013 f150 with 189,000 miles on it for $13,000. Less than 2 months of owning it and the engine is trash. There is so much metal in the oil pan after the first oil change it's ridiculous. Plus they replaced the ABS cable but they plugged one half of the new cable into the abs system and left the old cable plugged into the other half of it, which I told my salesman. Went in to talk to them about it and see what we could do, Hugo the sales manager went and talked to Lucas the Service department manager about it and they said they did a diagnostic and it came back fine and no one saw any shaving in the oil. When Hugo asked the salesman about the abs cable he said he told Lucas about it and Lucas laughed at him. We also had them do the rust protection spray which was part of the sales agreement and it came back to us half sprayed. They didn't spray any of the top part of the frame. Hugo told me they would take the truck back for what I paid for it if I bought a different vehicle from them or if they would look to see what they could get for an engine for me and have it shipped to my mechanic.. Ok, that's fine. I told them the motor is half out and would need to be towed and they said they could figure that out later. That night they have a 2014 Silverado come in that I could look at. They gave me numbers and only gave me 5000 for my truck because the motor was out of it, even tho he said he would give me back what I paid for it, 13000. Which didn't matter because they sold it to an employee before I could see it. I ask about the motor and he couldn't give me a straight answer. My mechanic called and he wouldn't discuss anything with him for legal reason? Ok, I get it I guess. Then when I called to get more info on the engine he told me he already told me everything. When I asked about why they were giving me half of the amount back he said cuz the motor is out even tho we discussed that previously. Then I'm trying to talk to him about what was going on and he won't shut up for 2 seconds to let me talk. When I do start talking he interrupts me and talks over me. Then when I start yelling so I can get a word in he hangs up. This goes to prove that kia in st.cloud doesn't care about customer loyalty. They don't care who they screw over. I've been type 1 diabetic since I was 9, I don't have extra money to put into vehicles. I trusted them to sell me a good working vehicle and they sold me a junk truck and took no responsibility for it. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else because they will screw you over. The only good thing about this place is Sean the finance guy. One of the very very few people there who actually cares about people and doesn't see them and as a dollar sign.

If I could give zero stars I would.
If I could give zero stars I would. My buying experience was fine. Jeff was great. I was told that I would get rust protection and paint spray as a part of my car trade in when I was buying a new Telluride. I just happened to be in town for business. I actually live 7 hours away. I was told it would be taken back and done while I was finishing the paperwork. Later on they pulled it around to the front and I assumed it was finished like I was told it would be. 3 days later or so I got a call from the service department to schedule the rust and paint protection spray. I told them it was suppose to be done cause I live 7 hours away. Well it wasn’t. Was told they would look into it and would call back. After a week of no call I called and no one called me back. I called back again and finally talked to the sales manager Scott. He said I would need to bring it in there and I said there’s no way cause again I live 7 hours away. Which they knew that. Then he says he would look into it and call me back. Never called me back. Now I have called again to talk to someone else and they said they would call me back. Still no one has called me back. I called KIA HQ and filed a complaint so we will see where that gets me. I even told them I would take it to a local Kia and they can work out the payment between themselves and was told that’s not an option. I will be making a complaint with the better business bureau. I will also be leaving bad reviews wherever I can. Worst part was I gave them a great review a couple of days after cause I thought it went well until I find out all of this.
