Jose Zamora went way above and beyond to insure that we got exactly the car we wanted much more quickly than we expected and at an excellent price.

We have a beautiful new Forte purchased at Kia of St. Cloud. Jose Zamora did a fabulous job of getting us the car we wanted at an excellent price even though it was not on the lot when we first visited. He did an exceptional job of listening to what we wanted and providing it. This was an excellent experience.

The salesperson, Page was awesome. He knew all about the features of my new vehicle and went through them all with me. Everyone was very friendly, and I didn't feel stressed bringing my special needs son with to purchase, they included him.

The St Coud KIA staff were super helpful and answered all my questions. They were not pushy or over bearing. They took my needs into consideration and showed me vehicles matching my description. I ended up leaving with the car I wanted and a great customer service experience. I recommend working with St Cloud KIA for you car purchase needs. I will return in the future.

Kia of st cloud has earned my family's business for years to come. I bought both of my family cars from Ralph who is now retired. Jesse in the service department makes sure the maintenance is up-to-date and keeps them on the road. When the day comes that we need a new car I will definitely be buying from Kia of st cloud.

Jeff at KIA of St. Cloud was on point! I originally was in the market to buy a Ford Escape Hybrid, but stopped into KIA of St. Cloud because both my mom and sister have KIAs from there and told me to give them a shot. I was not originally going to buy a KIA. Jeff showed me the Sorento and I had to have it. Hands down, a high quality experience from start to finish. I never felt like I was in a hurry or that I was taking up Jeff's time. I was his customer until we drove off the lot.

The only issue the car had was that the license plate screw was a bit bent. Service took care of it with a sense of priority equal to a gas leak. I was impressed.

The parts and service departments worked with integrity and efficiency to replace the motor in my 2016 Kia Optima. They informed me of a recall and replaced the motor for free. Great job, Kia of St. Cloud!
