I am on my second Kia and so far I have no complaints.

I am on my second Kia and so far I have no complaints. I had a Sorento which I loved. I just traded it in for a Telluride which is fantastic! Gerard Rennie, the salesperson who helped me, was great. He was very patient and answered any questions I had. He even stayed after his shift when I picked up the car!

I’ve worked with two other Kia dealerships, and so far

I’ve worked with two other Kia dealerships, and so far this one rates number one in my book. They have followed through on everything. They said they would, they have been honest and open, and most of all they had inventory when I couldn’t get a car anywhere else. Chad gave me the best Comprehensive training on the car features how to use them how to program my phone and I am absolutely over the moon excited about getting in and familiarizing myself with my new car. Thank you Smithtown Kia staff for my Chanukah gift!!!!

Very pleasant experience. Chad was really on top of our needs and budget. Never pushy. Always efficient and professional. Paperwork and delivery of car was timely and a breeze. Even after the transaction. We had a question and Chad got right back to us. Knowledgable, professional and nice.
