I expected a Mercedes dealer to be top notch but was I
I expected a Mercedes dealer to be top notch but was I ever wrong! I bought a 2021 GLE 450 from Delray MB and although the SUV is great the dealer experience continues to be a nightmare. We were promised new tires and even had to wait a day for them to be done but when we got home the tires were not done. When I went back they did replace the tires but the license plate that was only delayed 1 day due to Memorial day was still not in, they now said 7-10 days. It is now 17 days later and they won't even return my calls. I finally got through to them and they said the temp tag is good for 30 days with no explanation of the delay. If you want a Mercedes in the area you would be smart not to go to one of the many AutoNation MB dealers as there are some others around not owned by this company.

I got my first one without independent navigation system,
I got my first one without independent navigation system, that was disappointed to me. I got many calls from Auto Nation asked me to visit, and I did I met Joe Tayler who said I am here to make you happy and it was true. Joe gave me the car I want and we went to every detailed in the car, Joe took me to a tour and introduced me to Kelvin from service. I was not expected that from any dealership when I expressed that to Joe, he proudly said ( this is Mercedes ) and I am full in agreement with him. Thank you Mercedes and thank you Joe. Definitely my next car from Delray Mercedes.
