Gaining information regarding a listed auto

I sent an inquiring email regarding a car in this dealers inventory. I received a prompt response suggesting I call a man and I did. He was very pleasant and helpful. He answered all my questions completely and I left the conversation with a positive impression of their business; someone, from whom, I would not hesitate buying the right car.

Great Car,Salesman Awful

This is what gives car salesmen a bad name. I wanted this car. He ,after my 1st offer went to "another room" that I and my guy knew was empty. Lied about his boss being in there. Then he had me sign every counter offer and went in "the room" every single time.In other words he employed his full training in psychological techniques. Never gave an inch down to 1/4 of a tank of gas!He did anything to get every single money grubbing dollar. I have dealt with lots of salesmen in my 53 yrs and most of them are very nice and trustworthy and would not go for the kill just because they could. Plus he said they price cars for no haggle another lie. I felt like I needed a shower when I left. The car was exactly what I wanted so he took full advantage! He thinks he got away with psyching me out but I knew the whole time but I wanted the car. I will never go back no matter what! I really hope he feels real good about himself! This kind of dealing is totally mean and unnecessary. Oh yeah, it could be because I`m a woman and know what I`m doing, or maybe he just is like that to everyone. Sort of sad really!

Treated fairly

If you do all the smart things you are supposed to do when you buy a new car, this place is a safe place to buy one. They do deal with 'reconditioned' cars, but they price them fairly, and will be honest with you about them. Of course you should still always get a used car inspected by a professional. When we did, and the mechanic found some issues, Riverside was willing to make some corrections for us. Financing was easy, and our salesman, Jimmy, walked us through it and worked to get us the best interest rate he could find. The only thing I didn't like about my transaction was that they don't provide a carfax, which just seems like basic information to me. They will reiburse you if you buy a carfax and then buy the car. However, you could find yourself ready to purchase a car, buy a carfax, find something that makes you not want the car, and then you are out the $35. That's pretty lame. That little gamble aside, I was please with all aspects of my transaction and wouldn't hesitate to send a friend to them.
