Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi

Our search for a gently used convertible Mustang led us to the friendly and courteous sales team at Jeff Schmitt's Mitsubishi used car lot. We were impressed by the wide variety of makes and models on the lot, but we were there to see the snazzy black Mustang with the red interior! We made a total of three trips to see, and ultimately, buy the car. Barry, the sales mgr, has succeeded in assembling a true "team" of sales associates, as evidenced by every one being attentive, friendly, and willing to help us each time we came to see the car. From arranging our first test drive, to readying our new addition for its trip home with us, the effort to make our auto shopping experience a smooth, pleasant, and efficient one was obviously a top priority for all involved. We would like to thank Tom, Tim, Aaron, Jack, Gabe, and Barry for their assistance in the sales process, and Allen for his finance prowess that made the "fine print" easy to read and understand! Three of our four children (all under the age of 12)were present with us every time we visited the dealership, and were always made to feel welcome. I would not hesitate to endorse the excellent sales team at Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi, and have already promoted them to all who have admired our beautiful Mustang!

I have purchased a used car and a new car now from this dealer. They have been very friendly and attentive. I even bought a new car that I did not like after I started driving it and they let me return it after 48 hours for a car I liked better. I would definitely do business with this dealer again. I bought my Lancer from Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi because they had the best deals. I found them on Autotrader. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership, but the drive was worth what I would be saving. I worked with Robert Terrill during my purchase, and to this day I am still getting friendly emails from him asking how things are and giving me service reminders. I can have my car serviced at any dealership which is nice. All in all I have had a great experience with this dealership.

I researched the vehicles available online for several months deciding on what kind of car I wanted to look at. I found the perfect HHR, and contacted the internet sales department. They responded quickly and we set up an appointment for me to come test drive the car. I quickly confirmed my research and we sat down to go over the numbers. I never make a big purchase like this immediately, and when I told them I wanted to take their final offer home to think it over, they were very respectful and not pushy. I crunched the numbers and found their offer to be very fair, and called the next day to set up an appointment to finalize the deal. Unfortunately their internet was down, so we did a spot delivery. However, the first deal fell apart due to the bank not approving it. Not the dealer's fault, they actually stepped up my trade allowance to make the deal go through, which resulted in my payments going down! I definitely feel everyone I dealt with was working hard to make this a great experience. When I am ready to buy again Jeff Schmitt will be my first and only stop!

Very happy with my New but used vehicle!!! Tim Collins and Jack Emrick worked very hard in getting me in a new vehicle. They stayed in touch and I was in my new vehicle in no time. I will be doing business again and I will be spreading the word about Jeff Schmitt, Tim and Jack to everyone.

Tim was extremly helpful, he worked with us on finding a car that met our needs and he didnt try to force us on something else. I would go see him again for another car.
