I would highly recommend Jeff Schmitt, and Jordan Clift in particular. I had a specific car that I wanted, and specific terms. With credit challenges, it was not an easy deal to work. Jordan never gave up, and continuously worked with the Finance department to get terms I could accept. A great experience overall, extremely helpful and customer oriented people--I was never made to feel that I was asking for something ridiculous. Will most definitely shop there again for my next car!

I went to Jeff Schmitt after seeing ads about not so perfect credit, and I thought I would give them a try. Even though my first visit wasn't a success, Jordan went out of his way to find the perfect car in my price range. I also appreciate the follow up they have done since selling me my car.

We came in looking for a car. We had what we were looking for in mind but figured it might be out of our price range. When we met with Gabe, he was so polite and encouraged that we should always go for the stars. So we told him that we wanted an Impala, decent mileage, a low down payment, yet we needed a lower monthly rate. After looking through a few cars we stumbled on the car that we were looking for in the first place. We were so HAPPY to come in, feel respected and more like family then just a cash holder; get exactly what we were looking for. The best feeling was knowing that we were working with a dealership that specializes in working with people, for the people, and making sure we get exactly what we came in there for. If it wasnt for Gabe, we probably would have gotten the worst kinda deal possible from a "buy here pay here" and would have a broken, busted car. now we not only have an amazing car but we have people we can depend on to help us through this whole process of buying amd maintaining a car. Im giving this dealer and dealership a five star rating! ive suggested the dealer to all my friends and co-workers and loved working with them. Never before have we had a better feeling buying a car. We were not looking to buy a car the day we went in in fact we had had a not so good experience with the Mazda Dealership owned by the same company the day before. We found two interesting deals that look to be a good fit and were greated by the manager who assign us Rob as our salesperson. Rob bent overbackwards to make our sale happen. The purchase process was the most streamlined and least stressfull of any car that we have purchased. They gave me what I was asking for for my trade in sight unseen and worked the deal we wanted for the car we wanted. In the end we drove out of there with "used" car that only had 5K miles on it and felt like we made a new car purchase. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a used car or a new Mitsubishi. The sale person was very personable and we hope to do business again with him in the future. Thanks Rob

The dealership itself was nice, but it was the salesman who made it for me, he was friendly,honest, and willing to go the extra mile. He made buying a car a much more friendly process than i have encountered before and when it came to the signing and financial part of it he was ready to go to bat for us no matter how difficult the request was he was willing to give it a shot. Jordan is a great asset to Jeff Schmidt. The prie was acceptable but it wasn't the cheapest place around but the sales staff was willing to do what they could to help. The finance manager was very helpful as well and was able to come up with so many options for us to get to the monthly number. overall my experience was good and would recommend this dealer and salesman again.

I was very pleased with my purchase on 2/15/12. Tom greeted me on the lot on Wednesday when I just stopped to look at what inventory they had. Tom put no pressure on me and answered all of my questions. I came back on Thursday and test drove one car and loved it. I had a price in mind that I wanted to stay under and Tom, Barry and Dan worked very hard to accomodate my price. I am entitled to a GM discount but choose to do business with Mitsubishi as I love their product. This is the 7th car I have purchased through Jeff Scmitt Auto Group. After testing driving the Mazda 3 that I bought from Jeff Schmitt Jordan waswaiting to talk to me more about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. After going to his office he did everything he could to get the price of the car down to what I wanted to pay. I was very happy with their service and they went above and beyond and had a remote start and keyless entry installed in my car. Since I have left the dealership I have recieved phone calls from Jordan making sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Jeff Schmitt was an awesome place to buy a car and their service continues way beyond just the purchase of a car.

I purchased a new Lancer from Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi and the sales experience was typical, but where they stood out was the service after the sale. The salesman was friendly and helpful. I had done many hours of research on the smaller 4 door cars and had come to the Lancer as the top pick to test drive. I was happy with how the Lancer performed and made the choice to buy it. In working out a price and discussing the options there was a mistake made on what options the car had. The mix up on the option did not come to light until 3 days after I had taken the car home. I brought the situation to my salesman’s attention, and he took it to his manager. They could have put me off and ignored my situation, but they said from the first conversation that we would come to a solution. The salesman was upfront with me and his manager, and there was no hesitation in fixing the situation. The staff at Jeff Schmitt worked with me and we came to a very satisfactory resolution. I would recommend Jeff Schmitt for any of your car buying needs.
