Gene Norman Auto Sales is the place to go if you want to

Gene Norman Auto Sales is the place to go if you want to buy a vehicle! Greg was our salesman and he was awesome! We knew what we wanted when we went in there, but we didn't like the price and they worked with us, and then afterward they helped us get financing and everything went so smoothly we were really impressed!! I recommend if you need a car for your kid or for yourself or for work that you go to Gene Gorman Auto Sales in Punta Gorda and they have other locations too but we like the one in Punta Gorda! I will definitely be back there to buy another vehicle when I'm ready. Thank you Greg!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this Auto Sales company. I had reserved a car and even put down a deposit of $1000 to secure the purchase. I was under the impression that the car was mine and was looking forward to driving it home. However, to my utter disbelief, I was informed that the car had been sold to another customer. This was not only a breach of trust but also a complete disregard for basic business ethics. I had invested time, effort, and money into this purchase, all of which seems to have been in vain. The company did not offer any satisfactory explanation or solution to this issue. I felt disrespected and undervalued as a customer. This incident has left a sour taste and I am hesitant to do business with them in the future. I hope this review serves as a warning to potential customers to be wary of such practices. It's important to know that your reservation and deposit may not guarantee your purchase.

careful ! unreliable and liars

The car is in bad condition (Cadillac escalate 2015 white platinum )sensors are not working. CAUTION, I waited a month for the car to be repair and it never happens. Actually is a open case in Cadillac. Gene Dealer is not honest. Photo 1 in review by CESAR JIMENEZ

Buyer beware

I would LOVE to give a big fat ZERO ⭐️ Buyer beware your literally buying ⚠️ at your own risk. I gain nothing from this review keep that in mind. Bought a 2018 BMW M240i with just under 20k miles on it. Looked up car fax ourselves and car only had two owners came from out of state. I was told the the check engine light was on and had just come on due to the car needed a part (which they gave me the part number) but it had to do with O2 sensor. Originally just before the test drive he explained that later in the week they were going to take it in for the part. Once I wanted to purchase is when Barry gave me the part number and said oh well you guys can fix it we can’t do it because it’s a custom exhaust etc etc etc… okay….. here’s the issue the part they wanted me to buy is not an O2 sensor it was a bypass to trick the computer to pass emissions. Literally 2 days after owning car drove it an hour and a half away to have it professionally looked at. They knew the previous owner of the car! Said car was 100% fine when turned in and couldn’t figure out what happened. The car is tuned properly and doesn’t need a dummy part that the dealership said to order! Also!! Car was throwing not one but 2 codes again gene gormans said only 1 code was coming up! Okay…. We’ll I’m about just shy of $500 deep and the car needed a new O2 sensor which the dealership could of done and I am waiting on parts for intake temp sensor in hopes that that will clear the second code. Again dealership could of taken on the maintenance to do it themselves. Try and call dealership to speak with Chris that’s a joke he rather hide then call back we’ll guys we will be stopping by don’t even think we won’t! More than likely tomorrow. NEVER NEVER NEVER WOULD I BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Also!! Car had roof rack but the didn’t have the key to take it off.. okay they! Gave me key number… hahah ordered and it was incorrect key number! Joke! Clueless… oh and don’t worry Barry let me know how he’s going to miss taking the car out on his lunch breaks to pick up food… probably beat on it no wonder why xxxx is wrong with the car 🙄. Key fob I got one and it wasn’t even the whole fob! Missing valet key. Owned the car since Sunday 4/10.
