Sebring 2010 was told to make list of repairs in 30 days...

Sebring 2010 was told to make list of repairs in 30 days as car wasn’t inspected since they got it in November, verified on Carfax which I had to pay for and pull in on my own because they didn’t offer me one. Also it shows everything is in good condition no mechanical issues or problems. Obviously that was a fraudulent update seeing all the problems that they just repaired 2 weeks ago. Had to get Chrysler involved almost 2000$ in repairs! Car was advertised on internet for 5995, however it was 7995 on the lot no explanation and then I did research and found out this company does price gouging often to get customers to lot and they are know for Carfax fraud. Manager didn’t want to fix all repairs at first told me to go get a new car at another lot. I have all his texts saved. I asked to speak with mr Gorman was informed he would call me however that never happened. I am not happy from day one this car was problems Trans bracket broke 2nd day/ top malfunctioned/electrical failure towed 2nd day to shop. Repaired only trans bracket/ reset comp and charged battery. Had no clue about top. I informed them they need to check hydraulic fluid but no effort was made. 4x in 30 days - no Carfax..management gave hard time . 4th in serv 3wks incompetent service techs. No word from brandinsince beg of last week. Finally he said I could have rental, they said it would’ve paid for in full by company. Rather than let me use a vehicle of theirs he sent me to enterprise car rental going on 3 weeks now I still have the rental. I have a text verifying that Brandon said it was paid for by them and I better not get screwed over. This last time in shop is for a seat that was not secure since day 1 and a broken head restyle techs don’t know how to repair it. Instead they told me a new seat was ordered rather than ask Chrysler how to do the repair. I’m not making a payment till I hear what’s going on. I am not happy. I asked 2 weeks into the purchase to swap vehicles and just got attitude. If it was inspected prior to purchase not 5 months later after coming from a auction the vehicle would not be in need of immediate and numerous major repairs don’t go to this dealership. Gene Gorman is an amazing man and to have these disrespectful sales and management at his offices makes him have a bad reputation! What happened to 100% customer satisfaction and certified inspected vehicles??

Great Service

Almost everything was great, very helpful reps. I wasn't sure what to buy, but the sales representatives guided me very well. So I got a great vehicle that met my needs.

Service dept

Very unhappy with service went in because of noise in front end of car and heard employee say i dont hrar anything then was told we fuxed some things that were loose probably from hitti g curve then charged 62.97 and still have same noise i went in with

Awesome!

My experience here at Gene Gorman's was awesome. Everybody is very welcoming and friendly. Bill was hospitable and treated me and my family as if were part of his. They did everything the could to get my family and myself into the car of our dreams. I would, without a doubt, reccommend Gene Gorman's to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Thanks again to you all!

Excellent service by everyone here. Great prices - no games. Michael was great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Positive attitudes!

As soon as we stepped onto the lot we were greeted with such a nice positive attitude, something I haven't experienced in a long time. Clarissa did an awesome job from the moment we got here. Because of her I was able to receive my early b-day present - a brand new car! I am honestly happy with this purchase, there's no words to express happiness. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Car for my daughter

Went to purchase a vechile for my daughter. Hands down Chris and Rich were awesome!! Caring, went out of there way to help me!! I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vechile to stop by and talk to either of them!! Good job guys 👍😊

Do not buy from Gormans

We went to look for a car we saw online for $11,900. When we got there it was marked $15,900. The fine print in the online ad said that the online price assumes a trade in and financing with them. Even though we met both criteria, they would not honor the advertised price. The manager was slick and pushy. I would never buy a vehicle from these dishonest people.

This Nate character is a slandering liar. He puts out false information and tries to damage the image of good people. I can only imagine he fits in well at Gene Gorman Auto Sales.

very good. we told tj what we were looking for and he kept me in touch with what he had. he did not pressure me at all and was very understanding. we did not buy a car from them due to the mileage difference between us. about 80 miles. yes, i would recommend there dealership. i have a friend who bought from them a year or so ago, and he has gone back twice and is very happy with them. thank you!
