Top notch service

This was my 3rd and final repair recommended. Each time I have come here Dawn has provided hands down the best experience within her abilities. I do have one more cosmetic item to get fixed but the price to repair it is way too much - will just have to learn to live without or find an alternative.

Sales was fairly good.

Sales was fairly good. The guys were tentative and accommodating, they made the sales experience easy and listened to customer's needs. I would give them 5 stars for that portion, but everything else went downhill from there. I was disclosed that one of the motor mount was no good and eventually need to be replaced, but it will not cause any problems. Days of owning the car there is a rattling noise that is persistent. I checked back with sales about it and they set me up with service to take a look. At this point, it might be the mount they mentioned or something else. I was told since the car has a 90 day warranty, I will only pay for diagnostic fee if the damage was caused by my mishap. I get the call that its the mount causing the problem and if I don't do the repair with them I would be charged. 1) It's not my fault, the car was sold to me this way. 2) I was not disclosed it was this bad that the engine rattles when I bought the car. I get the RO from Kent and I asked if they will use OEM Lexus part for the price they quoted and he said NO ! So I asked, why am I charged for OEM price? very standard question. Eventually, he gave me the parts number for me to bring my own part ( less than half the price they quoted). A day later he calls me and tell me we need another COMPLETELY different part. I asked why and his reply was I don't have an answer for you. No accountability at all. My car is now sitting in the shop for as long as I've had it, when the repair shouldn't take more than an hour to do. Terrible experience to say the least ..

Took Mini in for Service. They always treat me right. I've been going here since I moved to Las Vegas in 2017 and I won't go anywhere else.
