Was very pleased with the dealership. Upon my arrival Louis had all the paperwork ready which made the car buying experience very easy.

Never gotten service so don’t know why it asked for a review. I paid for a diagnostic long time ago but never received it and I still paid. Receive another diagnostic and they still don’t manage to do their job so I’m never coming here ever again!

I’ve been here before and had great service but this time

I’ve been here before and had great service but this time Waited 5 hours for battery change. The entire time I kept being given a completion time, only to have it pass. The service rep was doing his best in a difficult circumstance since their computer systems were down, but they need to have a process in place for when. Something like this happens. No one checked to make sure my battery was in stock prior to my appointment and no one bothered to tell me that was the case as I was waiting.

I question their abilities.

I question their abilities. My car was serviced in January and showed 8mm front brake wear. I just had it serviced 5000 miles and 6 months later and the brakes are showing at 10mm. Its magic! OR, the dearler tech does not know how to do a simple caliper mrasure...which scare me when they tell me I need brakes based on their measure. Would you trust them? Then I pick up my car on a 107 degree day. My car is parked outside. Hotter than xxxx. Why wasnt it parked inside with the other cars where there was room? Then there sweaty hand marks from the lot boy, both inside and outside on the door handles. Gross. OVERALL fail by the dealer. I will not be going back to Mini Las Vegas.

I've always had excellent customer service at Mini of Las Vegas. Our service representative Dawn is just the best! The mechanics, sales staff, everyone else at the shop is professional, and go over and above to make sure we're happy with the outcome.

Dawn in the service department is a true asset to Mini Las Vegas. Her candid analysis and upfront communication is appreciated. While other service advisors are focused on upselling additional items, she focuses on what is pertinent. Her personality and willing to go above expectations is much appreciated.
