The process from begining to end was a easy process and everyone was friendly and there was never any pressure. My only issue is i bought a used car and they could have detailed better the windows where terrible, it was not vaccumed well and the tires needed air. Everything wlse was perfect.

Nice employees , detail shop sucks though
I liked the people working there. Very nice. I bought a used car from them. It was ?detailed? by their detail shop. They did an awful job. The interior was still dirty from someone?s children by the looks of it. The wash was drive through quality . Also it would have been a nice touch if they sold it with a full tank of gas.

I had seen a car I was interested in purchasing, so I went it to see if it?s what I really wanted. Chris was very helpful, showed me my options and other cars that had similar features that I was interested in, he really helped me to find what I wanted. In the end I didn?t get the car I went if for, but something even better!

Second time is a charm!
Second time is a charm!!!! My car is one year old and has about 7000 miles.I had an appointment to service my mini for 7/28 at 11 AM. I arrived at 10:45 AM and walked thru the door to check in and the service lady at the desk to the right greeted me, but did not make me feel welcome at all. I told her I had an appointment for 11am and I was going to wait for my car. Very coldly she said that it was not a problem and it was going to be 5 hours wait! I told her that it was not going to work, and that I was told it was only going to take 45 minutes or so by the call center person who set up the appointment for me. Without showing any sympathy or care she replied that the people at the call center have no idea of what goes on at the dealership! She was kind of yelling and intimidating the entire time... She asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said I was going to go to Firestone Auto-care for my oil change even if I had to pay for; but she replied that if I did that all my warranties would be voided! So I asked her kindly to reschedule the appointment for me for a day and time that she recommended, when the wait time is not 5 hours. She booked me for 8/10 at 7 am. I took the appointment, thanked her and drove 45 minutes back home. Side note: during those 5 minutes conversation we had I used words like please, thank you and sorry; during that same time I have not heard ANY of those words coming out of her mouth and the was kind of mad at me or life itself. Going back to my first sentence: "second time is a charm!"... I walked thru the door again, went to the service man to the left and got checked in, I made a joke about everyone being in a better mood at 7AM- we laughed at that! He quoted me for an hour and a half wait; not ideal but acceptable. He offered complimentary carwash, I declined. He was efficient and polite. The waiting lounge has vending machines for snacks, complimentary bottle of water, and a very nice complimentary selection of coffees! I am a compassionate understanding person I know we all have bad day. I STILL recommend MINI of Las Vegas.
