excellent service department! Dawn is the BEST! I trust this dealer and Dawn as my service advisor. I believe what they find to be serviced and trust this is solid information and trust the repairs will be done properly. I will always bring my mini to auto nation.

No problem except it took 3hr for an oil change but they informed me about a problem with my tire

The finance department was absolutely predatory.

The finance department was absolutely predatory. Made me sign 3 contracts. Fraudulent, predatory, dishonest, dishonorable, terrible business. Justin, Spenser brought my credit from an 800 to 700. He added $8000 of warranties without my consent. He tried to tell me that if I didn't buy the warranties there was no sense in buying the car. I stood my ground and said I didn't want warranties. They were added to the contract anyways. 3 contracts later they were removed while I was told, I had to sign the no warranty contract without receiving legal advice and leaving the room. I bought the mini Cooper and shortly after a tire blew out. I brought it back and they told me the wrong tires were sold with the car. They did not pay for the tire replacement. They did nothing to compensate me for ruining my credit score and charging me a 3% higher interest rate with shorter terms. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Such a shame mini Cooper is such a quality car. The customer service exploits the product and does a dishonorable, preditory, shameful job. I would tell everyone to stay away from this fraudulently run business.
