Ferrario Dodge in Big Flats 10*s out of 5!!!
I was just looking around at trucks in Big Flats with my wife and I found my dream truck. Problem was, it was just outside where I could be for a payment. After personally calling several credit unions and banks to get me as close as they could, I was still just outside where I needed to be. Between my trade and the price of the truck they found the little bit of money I needed in the deal to make it work. That made them a great dealership. I am a 100% disabled combat veteran and I have a hard time in public places and a harder time with new people. They helped with that too and that makes them great people. I give Chris J and Jim G 10*s out of 5. Not only did they go above and beyond for me but they did the same for the other 3 customers in the show room also. They listen and try to get you exactly what you want within the budget you give them. They never push for a sale, they work their butts off to get you what you want for what you can afford or less.

Not happy
Just bought a Grand Cherokee. I bought a vehicle I didn’t want because they wanted to move the Grand Cherokees. I don’t like chrome on my vehicles an I told my salesman. They did put aftermarket black rims on them. I was told they would order the front grille parts for me in black. Four months later no grille parts, still waiting. Once you’ve bought a car from them seems like your forgotten.

Went to the new ferrerio in fisherville to find a nice jeep.found what I wanted talked to Chris Jamison got the deal done.He was such a big help and did not try to sell me something I didnt want.ihad a very good experience with everyone involved with my purchase that it made it one of my best dealings with a car salesman.The new facility is outstanding as are the people definitely worth the stop.

Good Experience with Geoff Roark at Ferrario!
It took many miles and test drives around Ithaca, Syracuse and Elmira for me to find the right vehicle. My first contact at Ferrario was with Geoff Roark and I had a specific cargo van in mind. He had it ready to drive when I pulled in, kept in touch as needed through the weeks as I decided on a purchase, and made certain everything was done correctly for add-ons when I picked it up. I appreciate his focus on getting things right and keeping me informed, and in mind. I will return as a customer, and recommend Geoff to friends and family.

Poor Customer service for a Dodge safety recall.
My husband made an appointment for our 2008 Dodge Sprinter, two weeks ago. We'd received a recall notice from the State of New York, regarding the potential "life threatening" airbag recall. We drove there this morning for our 9:00 am appointment only to be told, "we can't help you because your vehicle has a Mercedes Benz engine! So after driving 30 minutes each way, plus bringing another car, so Ferrario wouldn't have to give us "loaner"; we called Mercedes only to find out they couldn't do it because IT'S A DODGE !!!! However, Mercedes was pleasant and helpful, they gave us the national number for Dodge. We called Dodge, and they recommended....Ferrario! Imagine how surprised they were to find out that Ferrario refused to perform the recall. Needless to say, Dodge connected us directly to another Dodge dealer in our area. The folks at Friendly Dodge are more than willing to perform the recall, their company name is very appropriate for the customer service they showed us. Never going to Ferrario again.

Personable and Informed
Always a bit unnerving going in to lease or purchase a new vehicle; you never really know what you're going to get. Definitely a personable sales person helps the overall experience. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would totally recommend checking out the Ferrario dealership. Ask for Chris J, he's a hoot to work with!
