It took many miles and test drives around Ithaca, Syracuse and Elmira for me to find the right vehicle. My first contact at Ferrario was with Geoff Roark... and I had a specific cargo van in mind. He had it ready to drive when I pulled in, kept in touch as needed through the weeks as I decided on a purchase, and made certain everything was done correctly for add-ons when I picked it up. I appreciate his focus on getting things right and keeping me informed, and in mind. I will return as a customer, and recommend Geoff to friends and family.
My husband made an appointment for our 2008 Dodge Sprinter, two weeks ago. We'd received a recall notice from the State of New York, regarding the potential... "life threatening" airbag recall. We drove there this morning for our 9:00 am appointment only to be told, "we can't help you because your vehicle has a Mercedes Benz engine! So after driving 30 minutes each way, plus bringing another car, so Ferrario wouldn't have to give us "loaner"; we called Mercedes only to find out they couldn't do it because IT'S A DODGE !!!! However, Mercedes was pleasant and helpful, they gave us the national number for Dodge. We called Dodge, and they recommended....Ferrario! Imagine how surprised they were to find out that Ferrario refused to perform the recall. Needless to say, Dodge connected us directly to another Dodge dealer in our area. The folks at Friendly Dodge are more than willing to perform the recall, their company name is very appropriate for the customer service they showed us. Never going to Ferrario again.
Always a bit unnerving going in to lease or purchase a new vehicle; you never really know what you're going to get. Definitely a personable sales person... helps the overall experience. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would totally recommend checking out the Ferrario dealership. Ask for Chris J, he's a hoot to work with!
Terrible experience. In 2015, I purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade. Right from the start was a bad experience with Ferrario. The finance gentleman, Jim was... rude. Nearly two months after the purchase I called the DMV to see if they were really behind because I hadn't received my registration. The lady advised me to call the dealship ASAP. I called Ferrario and was told they forgot to send in my registration. In a year and a half the vehicle was at the dealership 4 times for problems with the systems. It continued to shift hard, have various noises and phone did not connect. The last issue was the worst! The Jeep aggressively shifted into gear which made my whole upper body thrust forward. I pushed on the accelerator, now realizing it wouldn't shift. I'm in a low gear to which at 30 mph the vehicle is redlining. I am 40+ miles from home. There are 3 lights on the dash, one stating service transmission. I got the vehicle to Ferrario and left it for service. At this time I had enough. So I wrote on the service slip "Call me about a trade". 2 full business days later I had not heard from anyone. I called spoke with Joyce and was told vehicle will be ready Monday. It just needed another, third, computer update. She stated she saw my comment to be contacted by sales. I relied absolutely. 2 more business days later I contacted sales. I spoke with Chris. He was helpful. But at this point I realized I could not deal with Ferrario or a Jeep product any further. I traded it for a Toyota. Today I showed up at Ferrario to get the key to the Jeep that has been there since the incident nearly a month ago. Terrible customer service. It s too bad nothing is done. I would pay more for a vehicle for good service... and I did!
Broke down 150 miles from home and out of Sayre, Towanda, and Mansfield, Jeff was the only one who could fit me in. He probably didn't have any openings... but made time for me anyway. Many thanks.
Jeff has been helping me out with professional advice on service and maintenance since Ferrario took over the dealership in Sayre. I totally trust them... for the best service, repair, and maintenance options on my vehicle for the cost. .
I just purchased 2 vehicles from Ferrario's. Everything was so quick and easy. Felicia was amazing and the entire staff made me feel very welcome! I will... be sending everyone to see her!!!
I have bought two Vehicles there a ford and a ram truck they worked out great both times. Gave me more for my trade than any one around , Very friendly... sales staff and would recommend they to a friend any day of the week.
Went there to buy a Jeep, and a top end one at that. Cash in pocket as well. No sales people on the floor, all desks empty, just cars on the floor. Found... all sales people feeding their face in a room at the back, all four of them. Eventually one of them came out to speak to me. Didn't know about the car, couldn't work out the fiscal side of the deal. I left them with my phone # and asked them to call me back. That was two weeks ago, still no call. Went to their nearest competitor and bought one there at a great price, and from someone who knew their stuff! If I was the squeaky voiced owner I'd fire the lot of them and start again...there are some keen people out there looking for jobs! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!
Recently purchased a vehicle from Ferrario. They called us to find out what time we would be at the facility to sign the paperwork and pick-up the vehicle... so that they could have everything ready for us. We arrived 5 minutes earlier than expected then had to wait 45 min for the paperwork to be ready. We were the only customers in the building - so why did they call?? Also the vehicle was empty - no gas what so ever- lucky we made it next door to the gas station. Finance manager exhibited very poor customer service. Doubt we will ever purchase a vehicle from them again.
