Ann, the receptionist, saved my experience from being a disaster by simply explaining the process for a first time service customer & making sure a service advisor called me back to answer my remaining questions. This was something the scheduling department couldn’t manage to do & I waited a week before calling back a2nd time. Thanks Ann! The day of service was excellent!

After getting my car serviced with Gettel’s Acura Service Dept., over the last several years, I will always have to consider how good other dealership’s service dept. rate with their customers. The Service Dept. at Gettel’s has done a wonderful job servicing my car & in a timely fashion. Also, the service dept. representatives have always been very courteous & helpful.

Recently purchased new RDX from Jeff Thompson.
Recently purchased new RDX from Jeff Thompson. We had a slight hiccup with the original vehicle we were going to take from the lot and Jeff and the team swapped the vehicle out with no drama to ensure we were satisfied. Cant thank them enough for making our first new car purchase smooth and seamless.

I have had my car there for a week for a recall notice,
I have had my car there for a week for a recall notice, and have not heard a word back since. They said I would hear something in 2-3 days, and when I called to find out status a week later. They have no update.

Service was 4 stars. Good, but nothing special. Dealer/Service environment is 2 stars. The waiting area is not nearly as nice as the nearby Lexus dealer’s waiting area. Gettel Acura needs to up their game and be a luxury car dealer.
