    Took my car in for routine maintenance arrived 20 minutes early. The service staff took my car right away even though there was a few other customers in... front of me. I was out 15 minutes after my original apointment time! Thanks Grand Prairie Ford! Even called me on my birthday!

    I have been buying Fords for nearly 15 years, and this experience has been, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had. Jackie Mercer was my sales... professional and his knowledge of ford was just overwhelming. He was fantastic. The sales manager Robert and Ronnie gave me a 1 shot not hassle price that I couldn’t pass. Andrew Severage the used car director put every last cent in my trade in. And finally my finance person Daniel was amazing. I will only buy from here, from now on.

    The Sales showroom is great. Very neat and clean. *** But, the parts and service area is worst. We are in different 3rd world. The furnitures is parts/... service waiting area is total worn out. No one will buy or sales in Garage sales. The entrance, exits, driveways has so many speed breakers/ bumps. Most of these bumps are loose and striking out on the concrete driveway. Many bolts are at the least 1" to 3" out and projecting above ground level. There is dangerous of missing one or two bolts and you will end up in punctured tires. The trucks driven into the area by dealers drivers drive so fast that, if you are not careful in exiting, they will collide head on. When you drive -in, there is no one to welcome you. We have to search for service advisors. I have new truck and I visited this service area for some issues with my TailGate. I was advised that they have 20 days backlog. I must visit after 20 days.!!!!!! I can not believe this. Such a nice, efficient sales team and such a horrible service team. Tow contrast.

    I bought my last car here, have great credit and recently saw an email ad for $0 down, 0 interest, 72 months. I screen-capped the ad & even picked... out one of the cars in the ad to buy. Still, I could not get the deal advertised from management since - apparently - Ford based the promotion on my employment income, which includes freelance reporting and caring for 2 elderly parents, so that is a pretty low number. However, I brought in my tablet and was able to show my salesman that I had two investment accounts with over $600,000 total, including $150,000+ plus in cash. I could have bough 5 Ford Fusions that day. Management, or the financing department, whomever, would not take that into account. I just prefer to keep as much of my $$ in my investments and pay out for something over time until I’m ready to pay it off. When I’m a return customer, with good credit, and have over a half mil to draw from, yet I still cannot get the advertised promotion for the car in the advertisement, it makes me wonder who qualifies for the deal? What interest rate are people paying, and for how long, if they are first time customers, or have lower credit, or less $$ put aside? I’ve owned only Ford and Mazdas in my life. My next car will likely be a Mazda.

    I arrived for service to my vehicle. I drove immediately into the service area and was greeted by the service manager. My vehicle was taken to the repair... area and all repairs were done as requested and my vehicle runs Much better and all repairs were completed with no need to take the vehicle back. I will return there in the future for additional service.

    Worst experience I've had in the 35 years I've been in the car business. Brought the truck in for what appeared to be a lifter problem and was... told the timing chain was stretched and the guides were worn. Believable.... Told me that they had two diff techs diagnose with a combined experience of almost 50 yrs. They replaced them(1500.00) but it didn't fix the problem. Fine, Brandon(service mgr) comped that ticket but couldn't provide the old parts they replaced. Hmmmm.. Went back in the service bay and talked to tech along with Brandon about what is causing the tapping. It was definitely a mechanical sound. I asked about possibility of a lifter not good causing not enough oil to be pumped up to the rocker and thus tapping would occur everytime it would come around on the cam. Took the head off to check and see if valves were okay ,and they were, but noticed scoring on the cylinder wall that you could feel with your fingernail. At that point, Brandon told us that it just needed a new eng. Asked if they had done a compression check on cylinder that was scored and was told no. Just need a new eng... If the cylinder was scored enough to cause a tapping, then it would either have lower compression on that cylinder than the rest and would have to be smoking or blow by out the valve cover. He did his best and negotiated the bill down to 2200.00. I got the truck back after three weeks still tapping loudly. Drove the truck three miles before it died at a stop light . The eng was fluctuating 500 to 800 rpm until you applied brake and then sometimes it would die. Took it right back. A week later after not being called, I finally got ahold of someone and was told throttle body was dirty and after cleaning it was ready to go. Picked it up today and it runs good(just the way it ran when I took it in for tapping) but still out 2200.00 to get my truck back. Might be unfair to call all the techs weak, but told them to fire whoever test drove truck after all the crap I'd been through. Emily, the other service mgr was real nice but she got in on the deal late. Again, worst experience I've had ever with a dealership that I was hesitant to go to in the first place, but wanted to get someone who had the correct diagnostic tools and experience to fix my baby...It's no wonder why people are skittish about Dealerships...Don't go there for anything!!!!
