The service department at Bob Howard Hyundai is outstanding. In particular Shemaiah Johnson, as my service writer she is knowledgeable, friendly and went out of her way to make my appointment as stress free as possible.

Could not be more pleased than I was today.

Could not be more pleased than I was today. From the minute I arrived at the service department until I left, I was treated like I was royalty.I believe the gentleman who took all the info and what they would do name was Manual and was very caring and professional.. am a women, 86 years old and really appreciated the courtesy I received.

I definitely recommend. I bought my car (2025 Elantra) in March. The process was super easy. They had almost everything ready for me when it came time to sign, pay and drive. Also went in for an oil change already and the service consultants I dealt with were fast and communicative. I was in and out in a little over an hour.
