The finance manager is a liar.
The finance manager is a liar. I have a conversation with him in email where he told me that the customer is responsible for the tax, title and license in the state of Oklahoma after I found out that he slid this charge into the contract for me to pay after I asked to lower the cost of the payments. He lowered it a little, but charged me for the tax, title and license... which he never explained during the deal... He did not go over the great Hyundai warranty and services..... Beware!!!

The finance manager is a liar. The finance manager would automatically add things to your contract and insist that you have to take it to get a lower interest rate. I send an email after the day I signed the contract to cancel GAP and all those extra he added but he is giving me the run around.
