Shane Smith is the Sales Person to deal with! His knowledge of vehicles he sells incredible. He was able to answer any question I threw at him and was... spot on with his information. I found him to be a man of integrity and honor. I have since bought not only one but two cars from him. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my buying experience. I have the worst experience with car repair. My time was not taken into consideration nor was I told anything in a timely manner. Horrible ! I got my car... serviced on 10-28-19 $ 400 and it was back in the the shop two days later. 11-1-19 I paid for my bill $700 and was told the car was fixed. I pick up my keys and returned later to pick my car and it would not start. 11-2-19 early morning I went to tell the service rep what had happen he said the technician may have left the door open while he was working on it and gave me a jump and told me to drive it. 45 min later and a long with a trip to Yukon nonstop and back to the south side of OKC I pulled into my driveway, turned the car off, and tried to start it once more and it was dead. I had to get a friend to jump the car and follow me back to the dealership. Later that right before closing I was told it was my battery. Another $ 139 later ( no labor discount ). Today I called to speak with service manager about my experience and guess what no call back! All this to say I have been a loyal customer and now I will consider TakIng my business elsewhere along with my hard earned money with me!

Worst experience of my life. Temporary tag expired 3 days ago and no title. Told me the 699.00 fee was for sales tax. Not true. Biggest bunch of lying... SOB's in the state.
