I have to say Mike and JT were the best!

I have to say Mike and JT were the best! I purchased a 2012 Audie and it's s gem! Runs great, inside is like it was when it came out in 2012 and no problems with the car. Mike and JT answered all of the questions I had regarding the car and have to say I made the right choice buying from European Autohaus. I am sure that I will have this car with me for a long time. When the time comes for me to purchase another car, it will be from European Autohaus. I had to joke with JT and said that he and Mike G worked so well together, they were like Batman and Robin. Gentlemen, thanks for a great car, your honesty and it was and will be a pleasure dealing with European Autohaus in the future.

Save Yourself the Pain

I worked at a nursing home and needed a truck for my position hauling food and large boxes of disposable products for our commercially sized kitchen. EuroAuto advertised the truck specifically for work. I brought my manager to the sale and J.T. Visser assured me that it was ideal for the job. Several months later, I find out from a mechanic that the frame is in such poor condition that the truck was unsafe to drive-- let alone haul anything. He wouldn't even put it on a lift. That mechanic made me promise to drive it home and to look for a new car. I couldn't believe how cavalier and condescending Justin Ryan was to my family and I about the situation (J.T. won't/can't handle his own clients). After several visits, he finally offered me $4,500 for it-- my husband traded in his car so that we could afford to pay off the balance. Of course, by the time we had it sorted a month later, Justin welched on his offer and brushed me off. I'd be embarrassed as xxxx to work here. They're so busy covering their own xxxxx they don't have time to actually serve the community; too busy serving themselves. It's been this way for at least ten years; this place was a joke at my high school. They haven't changed. If you really need a European car, save yourself the pain and get it from a reputable dealer. This is not the one.

Bad Customer Experience at European Autohaus

I called on Wednesday and spoke to Terry to confirm that a 2010 Mercury Mountaineer is available. Terry confirmed that this vehicle is available and advised that he has the day off Thursday and that I should come to purchase the vehicle on Friday. On Friday Morning I contacted Terry to advise that I'm on my way. Terry knew I was traveling over 200 miles to purchase this vehicle. Terry waited to call me until I was 25 miles away from European Autohaus only to advise that he just sold this vehicle to someone else. This experience cost me an entire day of my time along with other expenses. This is an excellent example of a dealership that holds customer experience as a low priority.

BUYER BEWARE

Buyer beware! Make sure you take the vehicle to a certified mechanic to be looked over very closely. They will sell vehicles that have issues, and will not reveal them to you. They hide the issues. It happened to me. They don't care if they loose you as a customer. I would advise if looking for a used vehicle to look else where.

Been shopping here for years

Our family has purchased at least a half- dozen cars here over the last 15 years-most recently last week. Sales are no-pressure and transactions have always been fair and straightforward. I have used their affiliated service shop (Eurotech) to maintain all of my vehicles over that same period of time- the teams at both shops are car enthusiasts and it shows in their knowledge, inventory, and quality of service.

European Autohaus Holland

I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday to look at a few cars. Ended up leaving that day with a new ride. Jason was extremely helpful and made the process quick and easy.

Very pleasant buying experience. I felt is was fair and no pressure. Sales and finance were pleasant and polite. Clean and neat, nice lot, well maintained. Nice selection

Combative towards customers who ask questions

The salesman we talked to did not appreciate questions or comments regarding the condition of the car or the price. Several of the cars on their lot were priced $2000 over book value and when asked about it they said the book value is wrong and people are willing to pay more for used cars so they will charge more. After leaving a review on google the owner actually insulted me and said the car was not in our price range (likes on him we would have spent up to $12,000 for a quality used car) instead of acknowledging that they are overpriced and not going to negotiate for damage. There is a reason their car lot has so many cars in it when other lots in town are so picked over.
