I just had recent service with an oil change, very friendly staff, upfront about what is being down and the cost. Explained the one issue I have in a very professional way. I also would like to mention how great sales and finance are when I purchased the vehicle a year ago. Sales person very friendly and helpful. The finance department did fantastic in getting a rate I was satisfied with for a loan.

Our salesman, Joe Yun, (who we have dealt with before) gave us great service through his explanation and help in choosing our Sonata SEL Your product is well worth the money (our 3rd Hyundai in 9 years. We got a wonderful deal because of Joe and his manager. Jeff from finance was also helpful in getting our paperwork done as quickly as possible. Scott help us in transferring items from our former car to the new one.

David is friendly and thorough. He makes sure I understand what needs to be done and how much it will cost. The last time I came in to fix a leaky tire he made sure they found the source of the problem before I went home.

Justin our sales man was very knowledgeable about Hyundia's and went over all the extra features our new car had and how to use everything. He kept us updated and was truthful. I see management is on here but didn't meet him.

Very professional and great deal. The incentive of offering the buyout of my old lease coupled with the coupon I received from Hyundai waiving the 400 dollar turn in fee along with the 500 dollars toward wear and tear was a deal closer. I also found Mike Crow, the sales associate to be very courteous and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and professional....he knew how to listen to customers needs.
