Seven Hours Drive Worth It!

After a frustrating experience with Carvana, I found a similar car (BMW sports wagon; hard to find!) at Cherner Bros. For the same price, their car was a newer, one-owner, 8k fewer miles creampuff. I drove 400mi from western NY with some trepidation that it was too good to be true and I might be disappointed. On the contrary, I was pleasantly surprised; the car was beautiful, accurately described, and they beat Carvana's trade-in offer significantly. -and they beat Carmax by more! All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and professional. Before I made my trip I communicated with Ray and Cary who helped me with preparations for my visit. We made sure I had everything for the transaction and it went very smoothly. When I first arrived, I was given the keys to the car and directions for a long test loop. When I returned, Cary had already inspected my trade-in and was ready to complete the purchase. He went over the estimate and explained their process so I felt no need to haggle. I feel both sides got a fair deal and that's all I expect.

I purchased a 18 BMW M3 from this dealership earlier this month and I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle and the customer service. I am from Norfolk Va and traveled 5 hours to make the purchase. They went above and beyond to make this an easy process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.

Still having problems from their LEMON

Now after 6 months after having one of their LEMONS there are more problems with expensive sensors from the exhaust system as well as alignment problems.

Fantastic transaction
