The overall experience was good.

The overall experience was good. The two main problems had were with the person receiving you when you drive up was a bit rude. Second, they take a long time to bring your car to you. (Over 20 minutes waiting)

Service rep Mario was very rude and inconsiderate.

Service rep Mario was very rude and inconsiderate. I understand, everyone is busy. He does not need to tell anyone I can’t help right now because I’m busy and have other things to do when they’re just there to pick up the car. On top of that, I simply asked if they can check a problem that came up again and he said I would need to take it in another day since it wasn’t added on the notes. Also, they don’t consider the warranty unless you bring it up and question it. I’ve had the same issue come up again and again and they expect me to pay for repair again when they did the work themselves the last time. Be careful, they’re money hungry at this dealer.

Jacob went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care

Jacob went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and kept me updated every step of the way during my purchase. There was a little hiccup with how the vehicle was cleaned before driving off the lot, but Jacob took care of it and made it right. Working with Jacob was like working with a friend that's trying to take care of you, rather than your typical salesman.

Got a call that there’s a recall on the transmission

Got a call that there’s a recall on the transmission control system so made an appointment but when I came in, they said the recall was on the seat heater unit. They couldn’t explain why I was being misinformed but it seems like this dealership can never get their facts straight. Not the first time this has happened. Customer service is terrible.
