Dealership was fine. The usual attempts by finance at changing the deal at the last minute, but that’s typical. Don’t k ow who George Nino is that you asked about. I worked with Fadal, who was great.

No response from either of them as soon as I left the

No response from either of them as soon as I left the dealer. Emailed, called and visited regarding an issue I was having with my new lease and NOTHING from them.

It was great no pressure sales.

It was great no pressure sales. Abraham was very good. He came in on his day off to meet me and I appreciate that. I left several items in my trade-in and he collected them and had them ready when I came to pick them up. I will definitely recommend Downey Hyundai to anybody else who’s interested

I was disappointed on their service.

I was disappointed on their service. They fail to repair my vehicle in a proper timely manner. The sells manager and sells person promised me items and failed to deliver.

Very good consumer service.

Very good consumer service. When we had issues with the car, they worked hard to make sure we're happy. We worked with Mo and not George.
