GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! They sold me on their superior bumper to bumper warranty, DON’T believe it! I purchased a Mtsubishi Outlander in June, 2024. A sensor started malfunctioning periodically and would trigger a warning light. It started to come on more regularly, recently. So I called for an appointment, waited 5 WEEKS, to get in for them to immediate tell me the sensor was not covered by the supposedly, extensive bumper to bumper warranty. Oh and they would inspect the car for me while it was there. They told me it would need 4 new tires to pass! The car and its’ tires are 10 months old and have 15,000 miles. I was also told that the sensor was my fault due to alleged damage. I said there had been no damage and the light started coming on a month after I got it! I refused to pay the $832.00 to Interstate Mitsubishi for not honoring the warranty they had sold me. Was then told I had to pay $139.00 for a diagnostic or they would not give me my car! I even had my 77 year old mother buy in a brand new Mitsubishi in June 2024, now we have to worry about them taking advantage of her. Sad. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and purchase a Subaru or Kia, it will save you money in the long run. Don’t buy from Interstate Mitsubishi.

Highway robbery for a simple battery replacement

My purchase was smooth and quick; however, the cost of getting a battery replaced and installed was pure highway robbery after having to wait 2 weeks to get it in.
