Horrible dealership, problem with my car wont accelerate up a hill. Service manager tells me only the evo can accelerate up a hill. He also told me that... the transmission is supposed to take 4 seconds to go from neutral to drive or from reverse to drive. Essentially their cars are lawn ornaments, but not even good ones at that, now Porsche makes good lawn ornaments, just kidding but mitsubishi's that's all their good for. Service manager tried charging me for a diagnosis for a car that's still under warranty because he doesn't want to fix/replace this horrible transmission. Some of the fault goes to corporate mitsubishi, they don't pay their dealers right for their work but anyway, what needs to get done doesn't get done so I'm done with this car, I lost a lot of money, but what can I do. I'm never going to buy another 3 diamond again, they lost a customer for life.

Took my car in to get a new door put on. My car is a 2017 Lancer. The window broke last year, and they fixed it in July. It just recently broke AGAIN and... they told me I needed to get a new door. So I took my car in to get the door on, and when I got it back my drivers license was gone from my car and they cleaned out my car without my permission. They threw away some of my stuff. Probably never going back there for service again.
Hello Lexi, I apologize if you feel your last experience wasn't up to par. I spoke to the service manager. He stated he showed you that your ID was in... the driver side visor. The vehicle was cleaned due to it coming back from the body shop. Our service manager will be reaching out to you to clear this up.

I took my car in for inspection. They told me that my rear brakes and rotors need to be replaced. Then failed me on the inspection. They were literally... selling cars that they had just inspected. On their lot that had way worse corrosion and pitting on their brakes and rotors than mine. When I confronted them about it they told me it was not the same. I work on helicopters I know what corrosion and pitting is. We live in Erie PA everything is rusty even new 2018 cars..... Nice try, I would not recommend to anyone a waist of an hour of my life....
I went and bought a new car for the first time and had no trouble at all. Josh Bowman made my experience there great and was very helpful. He told me everything... I needed to know and answered all the questions I had. I will definitely be going back.
jason lindy is very helpful got us good fair trade in values on both of our vehicles finance department got us taken care of fairly quickly for buying... two cars and I am currently having issues with my fast key sensor but once again service is getting me in on a days notice overall very happy with my purchases from interstate Mitsubishi and would buy again

It was a great experience buying from interstate Mitsubishi. They where great explained everything and very polite. I would recommend buying a car there... which i already talked about it to several people.
First, let me say that the salesman I dealt with (Mike Dennington) was the kindest, most helpful car salesman I have ever dealt with. He gave me an extremely... good deal on my new 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander. In fact, it was so good, I traded in a 2011 Jeep with very low mileage to get the new Mitsubishi because I couldn't say no to the offer. I am extremely happy that I have a brand-new vehicle with a great warranty, and I know I wouldn't get this super deal anywhere else. Add to this that I get free inspections for the life of the car, they included fog lights for free, and I was able to cancel my AAA membership because they have roadside assistance that is comparable for no charge. Also, most importantly, Mike has helped me with any questions I have very quickly and efficiently. He even set up my Blue Tooth for me and continues to tell me he will help me with anything in the future, all I have to do is ask. I have purchased many cars during my lifetime. Buying a new vehicle has never been a great experience until I dealt with Mike Dennington and Interstate Mitsubishi in Erie, PA. I can't thank Mike and the dealership enough for making me feel like they really care about me, as a customer, and will back me up with great customer service for the life of my new car and any purchases I make in the future.
I bought an 07 mustang from Interstate Mitsubishi and it was the best car buying experience I've had. The sales team were all very nice and helpful. They... waisted no time with the paperwork and had me in the car of my dreams in no time at all.
