Rey was also exceptional Four years ago I talked to him and when the time came to look for a Dealer. I already knew where to go. I also want to mention Maria in the services department who did her job professionally and went further so that the work would be good. This is an update - nothing's changed - maybe worse now!
This is an update - nothing's changed - maybe worse now! A few weeks ago we ended up at Doral Lincoln via CarGurus - I was truly hoping things had changed - This was by far the worst experience I have had when going to buy a vehicle 😡 We found a car via CarGurus (Lincoln Navigator) at first it was supposedly at Lincoln of Cutler Bay, but when I was on my way the salesperson via text informs me to go to Doral Lincoln because that is where the vehicle was located. Upon arrival, they inform me that the vehicle is at Lincoln of Cutler Bay - I show them the text that states it was supposed to be at Doral - We ended up making a deal on the vehicle, even though it's not at the location yet, but if I pay $500 they will bring it over. Was so excited to be getting my Navigator! Once we agreed on the price - I sign for my car, take out my credit card to pay and am just waiting for the salesman to charge my card - the manager returns to inform me that vehicle has been sold to someone else!!!! 😮😡😡😡😡😡 I couldn't believe it!!! This is far worse than my previous experience with them - I couldn't believe they made me go through the process of purchasing a car that they had already sold! That was so wrong and instead of locating another Navigator, they didn't care to make things right - they didn't even try. I still can't believe what they did!!!! 😡 It is unfair to customers to make them think/believe that a vehicle is available when it is not. It is even more unfair and unethical to make them go through the time completing paperwork believing that they've bought a vehicle, when they have not. Makes customers believe what has always been said about dealerships.

I do not recommend it, the customer service needs to improve, I returned the car that they lent me while they were fixing mine, I returned the car with the same gasoline that was delivered to my house and they still charged my credit card, I asked for proof of the amount of gasoline that according to them was missing, I tried to talk to a supervisor and no one helped me.
