Worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had at Doral Lincoln. Do not buy a car from the salesman named Jorge. Many of the details I was told before purchasing turned out to be false or misleading. After the sale, I noticed the car was dirty inside and had far more scratches and issues than what was explained to me. The condition did not match what I was promised. What made it even worse is that once the deal was done, Jorge completely stopped responding. He was very responsive before the purchase, but after he sold the car, he avoided all communication and did not take responsibility. I wanted to return the vehicle, but there is no cooling-off period for car sales, so I’m stuck with it. I truly regret trusting them, and I hope no one else goes through the same experience.

Service Department needs to improve at this Dealership!
Service Department needs to improve at this Dealership!. My Nautilus needed service, called and decided for the Pickup/Delivery feature. Big mistake!. It was picked up after I had to call twice and returned NOT washed or even vacuumed plus, there was a griese spot on the driver side seat!. Don’t bother calling after 5:00pm because they don’t pick up the phone. Next day I asked the Advisor for an explanation and he really didn’t offer one, I think he wasn’t surprised at the poor performance. They came to get my car to “get it cleaned as priority” however, I guess “priority” means different things to different people. The Service Department IS the backbone at any Dealership. It seems Doral Lincoln Management hasn’t figured this out yet!. Very poor customer service.
