The Doral Lincoln service department is outstanding. The entire team is efficient, professional and always treats customers with respect. I specially appreciate owner Luis Somoano professionalism and customer- fit approach. The only area that could improve is the leadership style of General Manager Miguel Otero, whose communication could be more approachable and consistent with excellence service provided by the rest of the Team.

All is great until you request your deposit back. They tell you it will be refunded then they ghost you, no contact no call back nothing, please be mindful of people money please as I’m accumulating interest on something you could have reversed weeks ago. Thanks Yolanda D
