I do not recommend it, the customer service needs to improve, I returned the car that they lent me while they were fixing mine, I returned the car with the same gasoline that was delivered to my house and they still charged my credit card, I asked for proof of the amount of gasoline that according to them was missing, I tried to talk to a supervisor and no one helped me.

I am a returning client for years But my big complain is the extremely long wait. This last time I was there for four hours. That is very disrespectful to an old client. There is no need for this delay

Truly professional and helpful. Everyone polite and gets the job done. Seem like every department was very good at what they do and I was very happy with my purchase. The only thing I might suggest is the sales team have a little more technical deep knowledge for some of the many electronic features of the newest Lincoln navigators. There's a lot there and the vehicles do not come with a complete printed manual, only quick start guides. The general help number or online videos are so much shallow also. All in all I was very happy with the purchasing experience and could highly recommend Doral Lincoln. My sales rep Sebastian was also very helpful in Jose was always there to help when needed.
