Communication pre-sale was excellent

I did not purchase the truck (2007 Ford F150) because a truck that I had previously looked at came down in price, but after communicating with Keith I was ready to buy their truck. Making a purchase without being able to be there in person is no trivial thing, but Keith worked with me and was quick to respond to my emails and the deal they were willing to give me seemed very good.

Adequately handled

I would say the buying portion was easy and smooth however after mentioning several issues I would like to report before agreeing to report, come to find out an inspection hadn't been done previously. So this took the buying process longer than expected. However, overall it wasn't a nightmare but it could have definitely went smoother and hopefully it will for the next purchaser.

Great dealership!

Family owned and ran. Great service. Quality vehicles. 3 year/36K mile extended warranty. Very willing to help with any questions and stand behind their vehicles. Never felt pressured into buying anything, but when I decided they really helped out. I will definitely go back to them for any future purchases. And by the way I bought a 2006 Ford F150 FX4 Crew Cab. Couldn't be happier!

Traveled from TX to MS all for nothing.

I had been talking to the dealership for a few days working the deal on a 2005 Tacoma and fully understood that it was well used and not in perfect condition, but when I asked how it was mechanically, they said it run and drove great. They assured me it was great. So I made travel arrangements and went from TX to MS and one test drive said enough. The engine sounded like a diesel, the transfer made noise and had worn gears, the alignment (that they said they fixed) was off. I handed back the keys and drove back 10 hours to Texas empty handed, well all I had to show was receipts from all the money I spent on traveling.
