I sent a email and they responded that they would send more pics on a f150, that was 2 weeks ago and they never sent them?

Joe Ross has years of experience and it showed. He got us the best price for our trade and we tested the market. Three other places offered us less then what this place offered us...by as much as $1,000 to $3,000 more. And Joe informed us that most of the other places use the same wholesalers that they used and the other places were most likely offered the same wholesaler price that Joe offered us...however the other places then lowered their offer in order to keep the additional profit. This place did not attempt to do that....they gave us the highest most fair price of all the places we visited. Being treated fairly goes a long way and I will be sure to tell other to visit this dealership. They are honest and fair...and they did not try to take advantage of an elderly couple. I can't say that about some of the other very well known dealerships in the area.

Everything was very smooth. I saw the car on Cars.com, called for an appointment, walked in, spoke to a representative. I did have to wait about 20 minutes while the car was brought from another location (if they knew I was coming, it should have been there!), but the credit application was super-quick, and the car was ready for me the next day (it still needed cleaning and detail work after the dealership acquired it). A very easy and pressure-free experience.

Everyone I dealt with were all very professional, courteous, knowledgable & I could not ask for or expect more. They made car shopping a pleasure instead of a chore.

Several days after my daughter and son-in-law purchased a truck from Feel Good Motors I decided to stop by and see what they had available. I worked with Ken and took a tour of the parking lot. He asked questions to determine exactly what I was looking for. I found one that fit the bill, drove it, and talked some rough numbers. After mentioning that this was a car for my wife and she would need to check it Sean suggested I have her come in and take the car for the afternoon. It was ready to go when she arrived several days later. We both went back that evening and drove home in her new Hyundai. Everyone at the dealership was great to work with. We even spent some time talking with Frank, the owner, about some common connections. I would highly recommend this dealership to you. The only thing I will say is you better hurry because the cars are flying out the door.

Great selection of vehicles applied online Don contacted me within the same day and went over my options. Contacted next day met with Sean and Don everything was perfect and timely purchased a beautiful 300 C. These are the two most customer focused car dealer and salesman in the area. Couldn't ask for a better experience. . .

I would recommend Feel Good Motors if you are shopping for a car. After visiting numerous dealerships and not finding any cars that suited my liking, I went to Feel Good and found my current car. The guys at Feel Good (Brian, Don, & Shawn) were great to me and made me feel like I was their only customer. My experience at the other dealerships were not even comparable to the courtesy and friendliness that I received at Feel Good. They worked with me on my trade in and gave me the best price of 3 different dealerships and even found room to negotiate with the Chrysler 200 I ended up purchasing from them. The entire experience of purchasing my car was very satisfactory. The guys allowed me to take multiple cars out for test drives on my own and when I needed to return to work after making a final deal, the guys allowed me to leave with my new car, while Brian filled out all the required paperwork and I returned the next day just to sign everything and transfer my plate. The guys even threw in my next oil change for free and lifetime free state inspections at their service facility. This experience was my first time dealing with Feel Good, but I am confident it won't be my last.

They got back to me via email & phone right away about the car I was interested in. Would definitely go back to them again!

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A VEHICLE WITH THEM AND THE STAFF WAS NOTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. Just bought a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from the boys at Feel Good Motors and what a great experience it was. Super friendly, accommodating..let me take a vehicle over night and let me test drive it around town..even negotiated the price with me..They even called up to see how I liked the suv a few days later. They made my car buying experience a very pleasant one...would defiantly recommend Feel Good Motors..go check them out..they got a huge variety of used vehicles in excellent condition. They'll treat you great!
