I was recommended to J&J through a program my work is affiliated with, J&J is about two hours away from me, which I wasn't thrilled about at first, but I figured if they had what I was looking for at the price I wanted it would be worth it. I personally dealt with Dan. By far, he is the most pleasant and easy to work with salesman I have ever met. I test drove several cars but wasn't sold on any of them. Dan took the time to find me the perfect car at the right price. He even brought it to me when I purchased it. I feel so comfortable knowing I got my vehicle from a reliable place and even more so, a reliable person. Only a short while after having the vehicle, I did encounter a small problem with it and Dan took care of it quickly and even gave me a loaner car while it was being fixed. Unbeatable service! This is the type of place I will keep coming back to. I rant and rave to everyone I know about the incredible experience I had. Thank you for the amazing service!!

I have purchased three cars from Dan here and will never even look at any other dealer. I knew what I wanted for this newer car and he found it for me quickly. Every purchase was simple and smooth. Walking in after 6 years of having my old car I called to tell Dan I was looking for a car he knew exactly who I was like I bought the car yesterday. They are all very honest and reminds me of the good 'ol days doing business there! I send everyone there who is looking for a used car. I never had any problems with the any car I purchased there. This car was new to the dealer when I looked at it and when I noticed it Dan fixed it and it looked amazing!

When I needed to trade in my car for a "newer" used car, I spent months going from large dealership to large dealership searching for the right car at the right price for our families needs. I was jerked around so many times by salespeople who claimed they could fit my budget but, after hours of negotiating, still came out $2000 over budget ... and then tried to explain how we could make that work. Wasn't going to happen! Finally, I came across a car that looked almost perfect for us on cars.com. It was at a small dealership but, figuring I had nothing to lose, I gave them a shot. And I am SO glad I did! Mike and Dan were absolutely fantastic to work with. From the moment I first showed up (in the rain!) on their lot, until our first test drive with the family in tow, through the necessary repair that needed to be made, and to the final sale - there was never any pressure or extra fees that raised the price and they even gave us a fair price on our trade! Dan responded to my emails at all hours of the day and they were both courteous, helpful, and genuine. And, today, I finally have my new car! I've learned my lesson ... next time, I'll go to J

We had a great car buying experience at J and J. Dan was a pleasure to work with. We did not feel pressured to buy a car or to use their financing. The price on the car was very reasonable and they gave us a good price on our trade-in. The process was painless and we were able to take our new car home the same day. We will definately be back to J and J in the future!

Just got a Buick Rainier from J & J. I found the car online and had some apprehension going to look at a used car lot but WOW. The thing was in nearly mint condition, as were a few other cars that I also looked at on the lot. Most used car dealers have the junk that the new car dealers don't want and send to auction, Not J & J Auto Sales. Two very minor things I noticed, and I'm picky, Mike had them fixed the next day. Drove to Atlanta and back the first week I owned the Buick, no problems. Mike was fantastic to work with, not high pressure, did what he said he would do, even took care of the registration and insurance cards for me. I hate most sales guys, but not Mike. I would send my daughter there for a car.

I bought a Ford Fusion a couple of weeks ago from J&J Auto in Troy and I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. The team at J&J are just so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I got a great price for my trade in and the best price for my Fusion of anyone in the entire area by comparison. The entire staff at J&J treat you like family. It was truely a pleasure to buy a car there. J&J is a must for those looking to purchase a car from HONEST people.
