I was helped by the owner, Rick, and by the finance manager, Ryan. They both were very friendly and did a nice job of helping me find the right monthly payment for me on my vehicle. Ryan was extremely professional and patient with me and helped me every step of the way!

Good buying experience. Was refreshingly surprised at the professional and efficient approach. They truly wanted the sale but not via typical high pressure sales approach. The trade-in value given was close to what I would have expected if I had sold the vehicle out-right. I also did not anticipate using a dealer offered financing option, but was again surprised by what the dealer could offer in a very quick and efficient manner.

For a myriad of reasons we weren't prepared to have to buy another car. Needless to say Barts store made it very easy and painless. They helped out in every way they could making the process much more enjoyable. These are good people, which you hardly ever say about used car lots. Financing was going to be a problem but they didn't treat me like a leper or give me outlandish hoops to jump through to finance me. Probably the first or second best car buying experience I've had.
