Inspect your used vehicle prior to purchasing! Angelo sold us a used 2023 RAV4 with $2900 worth of damage and this was not disclosed to us prior to the sale. When asked for help, DARCARS stated that they did not know about the damage. They have since been very unwilling to help. Additionally, Angelo and Gabriel were extremely unprofessional when speaking to me about trying to resolve this issue with Angelo even stating “legally, there is nothing we have to do for you.” General Manager Rez stated that if damage is not reported on the CARFAX, they do not know about it. Therefore, this dealership is not properly inspecting their used vehicles prior to sale. Be very cautious! This has been a traumatizing experience. I do not recommend DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore.

Good afternoon sir, we understand you purchased the vehicle over three months ago and were provided with the Carfax showing no damage to the vehicle's door. We did offer to move you into another vehicle, but this offer was declined. We appreciate the feedback and wish you safe travels.

You offered to sell me another vehicle at a higher price and after how I have been treated by DARCARS employees especially Angelo and Gabriel, I am not interested in purchasing a more expensive and potentially damaged vehicle from you! You caused the problem so fix it!

This was the email response I received: Good Morning Mr. Wittstadt, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns regarding your 2023 Toyota RAV4. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for the repairs. The repair costs associated with the driver's side door will be your responsibility as the owner.
