Back in July 2020, I bought a brand new Toyota Avalon TRD 2020. There was a film on the hood of the car that was slightly peeling up. I received an I owe... you from the dealership to fix this because I did want to purchase a brand new vehicle with damage. It is now December 2020, and I have not been able to get Toyota to repair my vehicle. I have been calling regularly for months, and am continuously told that "we cannot get a hold of the 3M company who will install the new film." I am frustrated to say the least, and very disappointed that this hasn't been taken care of at this point.

There are a lot of negative reviews for this place on here, but that wasn't my experience at all. They did use sales tricks, but I didn't find them overly... pushy. I would recommend them.
My husband and I had a EXTRAORDINARY first visit with DarCars. My husband had gotten discourage because he had been turned away from other car dealers... because he had no Credit score. I asked him, "can we check out DARCARS" and he said "yes, why not". Well, I'm so so so happy we did. We actually had fun, it was truly a wonderful experience. We were treated like royalty and we had no money that day and no Credit score. Needless to say my husband walked away with a nice car that he absolutely adores, and I walked away with a smile and completeness, because he was happy. I want to shout out Mr. J. Flamenco and Mr. M. Hernandez, they made our visit "SUPER SMOOTH". I would definitely refer DARCARS to other people without a doubt. These two guys were professional and had a huge sense of humor, I loved it. And yes, my husband and I will definitely go back again!!!!

Was looking to lease a new* Toyota Yaris, communicated via email and confirmed an appointment. When I arrived, there was only one Toyota Yaris there, and... it was used. It also smelled weird, as did the facility. I didn't love the representative helping me it was a little awkward, the manager seemed nice and the price they offered on the used Yaris was good, however there was no Carfax for the Yaris so I was very sketched out. I told them I had other test drives to go on as an excuse to leave.

Brenda is extremely rude, hangs up on customers and outright tells me I'm lying. She refuses to discuss the issues like an adult and resorts to childish... arguing and name calling behavior. Service department runs a shady business and voided my warranty because of a sensor going off when there was never an accident. Per Toyota the warranty is not void unless the car is salvaged. They are likely double charging the customers and warranty while claiming it's void.Beware

I came in to purchase a used vehicle and left with a brand new vehicle. Murel was a great salesman. He advised that there is whole new management staff... and they were very eager to sell vehicles. My rate was a little higher than I wanted but I got a brand new car.
I went to this delaer in Baltimore MD, almost 2 hours driving just to went there for nothing, I spoke eith the sales rep several times over the phone,... and he makes me go there, saying when I be there he going to work with me and the number for a deal, and for 1000 he let me go, I was very dissapointed with how they treat us, my husband and I. the car only have on key, do not have carpet inside, the sunroof/ moonroof wasnt rigth, it have several damage in the paint bumper and trunk and with all that I was ready to buy the car. The manager was very rude.
If I could give a negative one star; I would. I have had 3 vehicles from Toyota Darcars and have been a loyal customer for years. Recently, I had an... incident where my passenger side mirror was taken off; so I decided to bring my car in to Darcars to get an estimate as to how much it would cost to get it repaired. While there, I also received an oil change, and when my car was brought back out, and I was talking to Chris (Assistant Manager); I noticed that there was a piece missing from my drivers' side window. I pointed this out to Chris, as she apologized and VOLUNTARILY told me that they've had problems out of the guy who was working on my car. She assured me that she would bring this to the attention of her manager Gary, who was on vacation and that I should follow up with him upon his return, which was Monday, 12/10. A few of Chris' colleagues came out to inspect my car as well and stated that they didn't notice the chip on my mirror. Fast forward to 9 days after the incident happened, I contacted Gary; manager of DARCARS Toyota Baltimore, in which I was told by Chris that he was doing payroll and that he would give me a call back. HOURS went by; and he never called me back; which prompted me to give the corporate office a call. Of course after I talked to someone from corporate, Gary called me back. Gary showed me no empathy, and was already on his defense when I spoke to him on the phone. His mind was already made up that his staff was not responsible for damaging my car. He even mentioned that it wasn't even "humanly" possible for that mistake to happen without him even looking at my car. I decided to take my car into him today, Wednesday, December 12th, to give him a fair chance to see what I was talking about. Again; I was met with a disgruntled attitude; I felt very uncomfortable; and at this point I knew that no matter what I said; Gary was not in favor of me. To make a long story short; he was very adamant about me lying and also lied about knowing that Chris told me that the tech that worked on my car has been reported before. The best that Gary could do was offer to go half on the cost of the repairs for the mirror that HIS staff damaged. Why would I go half on something that was damaged while in their care? That would have simply been admitting that I brought my car in already damaged; which I did not. I REFUSE to pay for something that I did not do; I already have to come out of pocket for the passenger side mirror. I wasted time going into work late today, because it was like talking to a brick wall. PLEASE do not purchase a car from this dealer; you'll be sorry! They will not hear the last of me, because I'm taking this to the top! Their customer service at that location really sucks. I was so disappointed!
If I could give zero stars, I would! They have been a problem since day 1 when they 100 unnecessary miles on my brand new car! Since then, there service... dept has always had a problem! It takes the 2 hours to change the oil, they've said my breaks were "fine" when they were really at less than 20%, they've put directional tires on the wrong way... HORRIBLE! Not even worth the $10 oil changes from the DARCARS package!
