I purchased my first Toyota from Stokes in 2019 and

I purchased my first Toyota from Stokes in 2019 and maintained it with their service department. I never had any problems with the car and the service department was great to work with. When I told them I was thinking of upgrading, they personally walked me over to the sales department and introduced me to Antonio. He showed me a few options and we chatted but I wasn’t ready to commit. A few weeks later he reached out to me and asked if I was still interested. I told him I was and we set up an appointment. He and his team found me the perfect car! Antonio made the process easy! I would definitely recommend Stokes Toyota Beaufort for your next car purchase!

As a new mom, car shopping was not something I ever

As a new mom, car shopping was not something I ever imagined doing under the circumstances we found ourselves in. Our previous vehicle was totaled — completely destroyed — by a reckless driver who hit it while it was parked. Thankfully, no one was in the car, but that moment turned our world upside down. With an 8-month-old baby and safety now our top priority more than ever, we were thrown into a situation where we had to urgently find a new, reliable vehicle that would protect our son. Enter Kyle at Stokes Toyota. From the very beginning, Kyle treated us with so much respect and care. He wasn’t pushy, never rushed us, and completely broke the stereotype of the typical car salesman. He listened to what we needed — what I needed as a mom — and it was clear he knew his stuff. We had been looking at several makes and models, and when we decided on the Grand Highlander, we had a list of specific features that really mattered to us. Kyle not only found us a vehicle that matched every single one of our must-haves, but he had already arranged to have it transported from Brunswick before we even finalized everything. He understood the urgency of getting our baby out of a rental car and into something safe. But what touched me the most was what happened next: Kyle personally drove the car to our home, an hour away, and stayed with us to walk through all the settings, technology, and driver setups. As a tired, overwhelmed new mom, having someone take that kind of time and care meant the world to me. We also had a great experience with Michael in finance, who made the final paperwork smooth and stress-free. I never felt like I was being sold something we didn’t need — just guided through the best option for our family. If you’re a parent — or just someone looking for a dealership that will actually listen and care — I can’t recommend Stokes Toyota enough, and especially Kyle. He made one of the most stressful experiences feel manageable, and for that, I’ll always be grateful.

Toyota One month ago I was looking to buy my first

Toyota One month ago I was looking to buy my first car on my own. I walked into Stokes Toyota and was immediately greeted by Houston. He immediately was polite and caring. We talked about everything I was looking for and price options. He was positive that he could get me into a car that I loved. We test drove and negotiated and in the end with the help of the manager I was doing paperwork to get into a wonderful car. They sat me down to do the finishing touches on my loan where Kyle helped me decide on warranty add-ons and was sable to keep my payment under my target goal. Throughout the process Houston was attentive, and treated me like family. He cared about my wants and needs and made me feel like Stokes Toyota valued me as a customer. I highly recommend Houston at Stokes Toyota!

The staff at the dealership were honest and

The staff at the dealership were honest and accommodating. I was traveling and they were willing to hold it without a deposit and fixed the issue it had before I took possession. For the purchase they finished all the paperwork in an hour. Would definitely buy here again

Had a very positive experience buying a car from this

Had a very positive experience buying a car from this dealer - our situation was complicated as our other vehicle died while on a road trip. They treated us right - especially Antonio in sales and Boston in service dept.

Did all my stuff online paperwork was ready to sign by the time I got there it was fast and quick. Antonio Paul was my sales man and did a excellent job he and all the staff I felt with were very professional and curious I would definitely go thru them for my next automotive purchase

The folks at Stokes Toyota in Beaufort, SC were great. All were friendly and respectful. Especially Antonio our sales rep. Very non-pressuring. It was as good of experience as car buying can be. Many thanks.

Scheduled an appt for a diagnostic, 2 days in advance on

Scheduled an appt for a diagnostic, 2 days in advance on a Saturday 19 Oct, 24. I was told it would be around an hr and they would call. By 2:30 no calls so i did. They hadnt even started. When i dropped off there were only 2 or 3 customers, they said it was slow when dropped off. I called again at 5:45, they close at 6. Service wanted to keep it till monday to finish the diagnostic! The Tacoma ran, i just had a code i couldnt pinpoint. So, they never called the whole day to let me know what was going on. If i hadnt called before closing i wouldn't have had my truck which is my only transportation. I asked if they had a loaner, the service rep said there wasnt enough time to arrange it. I am sure he had hours to do this. I have been going there for over 2 decades. Not anymore, the service dept is inept, the staff on 19 Oct 2024 were horrible. No urgency, no apologies, no professionalism. I emailed both stokes with this info the day after and so far i have not recieved a call. I was in the market for another toyota also. I will not buy another car at Stokes.
