Stokes Toyota Beaufort

I have had my Sequoia and Tundra serviced at Stokes Brown Toyota since we purchased the vehicles. SBT has had a staff of employees that are well trained, professional and focused on a high level of customer service. Dev, Dave and Brett have been on staff for many years now and together form a consistent approach to handling their customers. They have clear concise communication and are always available to assist you with your questions or service needs. They have been willing to go the extra step to make the service experience a pleasure, even when it's put a a dent in my wallet. We will continue to have our vehicles serviced with SBT.

Tim Rettig and Mr. Brown, are very amazing. Gave me their undivided attention, very helpful, persuasive and ready . They really work with you. I love them all, they are so friendly. You can tell they love what they do. I will definitely be referring everyone I know.

Beaufort Stokes Brown is always very friendly and has great customer service. I was supposed to go to Bluffton for the service appointment I had scheduled and they still took me at the Beaufort location that I thought I had scheduled the appointment at. Dev was great and took care of the misunderstanding between locations. The service was done in great time also!
