I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from Bedrock, this time at the store in Blaine. My salesman, Nick was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable about my XC90. I never felt pressured to buy, which made me comfortable from the beginning. The purchase process was stress free and they made it smooth and easy. I will be coming back in the future and would highly recommend doing business with this dealership.

Friendly staff

We've bought 2 cars from mike Drews at the Blaine location and he made both experiences enjoyable. We were treated like royalty and have sent our friends and family to see mike. Thank you for taking the stress of car buying.

Dealership Never Contacted Me

I attempted to contact this dealership not once, but twice, in relation to a vehicle I was interested in, through an ad in Cars.com. For reasons still unknown to me, no one from the dealership ever contacted me.

Worst dealer

I just got a hummer h3 and they told me that it had a bad o2 sensor (oxygen sensor) and discount 200 from total but I took it to a Chevrolet dealer and it was the head of the engine that was bad and I paid 2800 to fix it ...I call them back and they told me that they couldn't do nothing for me and I had 3 days since I bought it..don't go there it's just a heads up

Not A reliable Dealership

I bought an '07 Pontiac G6 from The Bedrock Motors in Rogers, MN. I was NOT happy with Bedrock motors at all. They didn't fix hardly anything before selling this car, just made it look decent. I noticed the headlight was out when I drove it off the lot. They did compensate me for a new bulb, which turned out to not even be the problem, the whole wiring was shot. The door leaks on me in the car wash and whenever it rains. The CD player doesn't work, most of the paint on the buttons came off in the first week of having this car. The salesman Don listed cruise control in it's features, which I quickly found out was false. When I called to complain about this, Mike said he would "Have a talk with Don so it doesn't happen again." THANKS A LOT! I would not have bought this car if they would have told me the truth and I regret my purchase fully. Bring your mechanic with to this dealership if you're going to buy a car so you don't get taken advantage of.

Really Nice trucks

Had a great experience buying my 3/4 ton truck. My salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. Got a great interest rate on my loan as well.

Review of auto purchase from Bedrock

Salesman Kent didn't bother to disclose the vehicle was previously in an accident and when I brought It back because the sunroof had a major leak that also was not disclosed, I was treated extremely poorly by service reps who blew the sunroof seals out with air n said the drain valleys were plugged. They scratched my roof n the process and still didn't fix the leak. I ended up going to a dealership where I received proper repairs (new glass)/treatment and info on the car (involved in an accident).
