Bedrock Motors

My vehicle was on its last legs and I had been looking for a while to find a replacement. When one is quite limited in terms of finances as well as the sentimental value since it was my dad's last car didn't make it an easy call. Being able to find a quality vehicle at a fair price along with getting the financing to obtain and affordable car payment is an absolute must these days. Kent was the fellow I dealt with and was most pleased. If and when I need to buy another car (which I hope won't be anytime soon) I'll be checking out Bedrock Motors first before I look anyplace else first.

Met with sales person, had a very good conversation. Vehicle was off property for minor body work, sale person (Trent Blake) will be back in touch when vehicle back on lot. Very cordial atmosphere, very good selection of vehicles, all sales people very friendly. Will more than likely purchase a vehicle from Bedrock Motors.

Buying a new car was never so easy! we were in and out of Bedrock Motors with a beautiful new vehicle at a great price in less then 1 hour. We love our new car, We made a great deal and enjoyed the experience and wouldn't go anywhere else to buy in the future.

I bought a truck from this dealership and love it !. John was easy to deal with and very easy going.

I called them up about a Ford F250. We live in Southeastern MN and would have driven up to trade in our truck had the guy called us back with the information we were looking for. During the first conversation over the phone I asked him if the EGR had been updated, he said he was sure that it was. I asked for a confirmation call back and he said he would get back to me - never did. They may have sold the truck to someone else who may not have known that that year model needed the EGR updates, but who is to know. If that was the case - whoever bought the truck may be in for quite a hit later.

Service guy is a bit rude. He a st as if be doesn't need the business. Maybe they should get a customer service rep that is congenial and tactful.

just got jeep today and went vary smoothly would go there again.

Was shopping for a used Mazda RX-7 with low miles. They were very helpful and lowered their price to where it was a good deal. Found a different one, but was ready to buy at the price they came down to. They did not constantly call or badger me. Would call them again if I was looking for a good deal on a used vehicle.

I shopped online for a 7.3 Ford diesel. They're extremely difficult to find. To my surprise they had 7 of them, 2 from down south. I am extremely happy with the quality of the truck I purchased. The truck mgr. Kip was awesome to deal with.
