Love my new pacifica

I love my new Pacifica and my buying experience at lithia couldn't have been better! Everyone was very friendly and professional and treated me with respect. This was our third new vehicle purchase from this salesman and I would and have recommended him to friends and co-workers.

Oil Change

I just brought my truck in for an oil change. I usually get pretty good service. This time was an exception. Matt took care of me and he was awesome. It was the quickest oil change I have ever had there. Matt went over every detail in the inspection. In fact he was so thorough I was waiting for him to tell me something needed to be fixed, but everything was good to go. They even remembered to reset my oil life meter. Thanks Matt, I very much appreciate the great service.

Routine Service Review

We were able to drive right in. Very minimal wait time. Staff were courteous and attentive. They checked records and performed multipoint inspection which identified a couple of additional items that needed attention beyond the oil/oil filter change that we came in for. We appreciated that. They did not try to sell us on unnecessary service or repairs.

Great Customer Service!

The salesman was excellent. The finance department took a little long getting us the numbers and what the payments would be for our new purchase, otherwise it was a great experience!
