I recently purchased a Ram 2500.

I recently purchased a Ram 2500. My sales person was Ryan Lucy and I have to say, I was extremly satisfied with the whole experience. Ryan cared about what I wanted and not what the dealership was going to get from me. He was so good in fact, that my wife ended up buying a jeep from Ryan too. I have been waiting to get a feedback email but it has not come yet. Ryan definitely gets a 10 from me.

Absolute worst dealership here and probably the nation.

Absolute worst dealership here and probably the nation. Had purchased a car and had it sold after we had made the deal. Never buy from Lithia

I believe when selling vehicles it is better to put a

I believe when selling vehicles it is better to put a little money into what you are selling and then upping the sale price. I got a vehicle from them and had it into a few shops. I was highly disappointed and realized I couldn't trust the vehicle. I didn't dare resell it to somebody I knew because I myself didn't trust it and it just didn't drive right. I should of known better. I ended up trading it in at another dealership and didn't even get 1000 dollars out if it and it was almost 5000 out the door at nelsons. I work hard for my money and didn't deserve that. I basically just ended up giving away over 4000 dollars. Thanks a lot. Do your research thoroughly people. Especially if you can't afford to give money away. Very dissatisfied

No tags or registration after 4 months

Bought a Jeep Wagoneer in April just before Lithia Jeep became Nelson Jeep. Now 4 months later, we still have no tags or registration. Repeated calls, emails, and in person inquiries have earned us lots of finger pointing between Lithia and Nelson and nothing else.

Been waiting for over a month for them to fix the abs

Been waiting for over a month for them to fix the abs light that was on when I bought it sales man hasn’t called left messages with the dealer they don’t respond left messages on there website no reply once I get my abs light fixed won’t go back

Buyer Beware!

Bought a used car from Lithia which included a 60 day bumper to bumper warranty. Upon receipt of the car, the transmission was not working properly. Lithia said this was covered under warranty and to take it to a dealership for repair. 3 months later I am still waiting for Lithia to approve the car repair. Their service dept is not responsive and intentionally set up their dealership so you cannot escalate to management.

Alex and Grady are wonderful to work with! I will for sure come back if I ever need another vehicle! All of my needs and concerns were listened to and I walked away with the vehicle I have always wanted!

Buyer be ware !

Buyer be ware ! Worst experience ever ! ASKED ANY ISSUES? ???? Their service department cleared 6 major issues on my 2018 Raptor! Went back next day questioned why would you sell a vehicle with these issues ? You bought it as is ! You lied to me ! Finance Guy Josh Nesdahl makes a copy of my debit card said company policy. I drive back to AZ i have $259.00 of McDonalds Dominos and Deekes Pizza! He tried sneaking a WARRANTY Contract in on me. I said no we never discussed one and I am not buying one. The GM is never available the service people know that management doesn't care about their customers. I am in the business. I traveled all the way up to ND and my friend had a Job at Ryan Chevy made me a quote that was 2.5 weeks old . Used that as my leverage . Any good car guy would have caught it and said the market has changed but these guys are so desperate for sales they took it. Ha Ha the laugh is on you!

Don’t buy from here lithia.

I was planning to buy a car from here. But seeing peoples reviews. I will never buy from here. Not only me. My families, friends, co workers, etc etc I will tell them not to buy from lithia.
