Do not like the coupons when you have to contact dealer...
Do not like the coupons when you have to contact dealer by e-mail to receive instead of printing out which I did. The Dealer reached out by Email but did not send the coupon. I brought car in but had to fight with Service Manager to honor . I have used Lithia for at least 15 years and bought my 300 there in 2011 and serviced my 300 I bought in Kingsville when they first were introduced at Lithia. I have spent a lot of money at Lithia over the years. How about some loyalty rewards .I never feel welcome or valued as a customer.
