Brought my Jeep for maintenance in order to pass...
Brought my Jeep for maintenance in order to pass inspection for the upcoming renewal. Also had a few things fixed. Had my Jeep for 8 hours and when I left the dealership, I stopped to get gas and my battery was completely out and left me stranded alone at night. After spending $1400 at Lithia, I got to spend $500 more on purchasing batteries over the phone and paying someone for roadside assistance. I’m told Lithia will reimburse me the cost of the actual battery and assistance but it “has to be cleared through Corporate”. I went to the dealership on purpose knowing they are more expensive but I wanted things done properly. But not performing an incorrect initial diagnostic on the vehicle to let me know that I needed a new battery (which I would have added to the list) is unprofessional and very basic. The 2nd star is for Brandon Ramirez who was very professional throughout this entire unsatisfactory experience and for the Supervisor Mr. Roy who told me they would pay for the incurred charges related to the battery. Haven’t gotten the check yet so it is yet to be determined.

In town for Thanksgiving and found myself with a nail in my grand Cherokee's tire the afternoon before Thanksgiving. Tried 4 tire stores who couldn't fit us in, but the dealership fit is right in and in 30 minutes they fixed the tire and charged me nothing. Thanks again guys, and happy Thanksgiving!
